    PLEASE support passage of HF 322 and SF 1402
    The Equal and Shared Parenting Act
    This respects both parents rights–as parents, even after a divorce.
    There is a real problem in MN and nationwide.
    Other states have succeeded in passing laws, and MN has not yet done so.
    Extremists and family law lobbyists have prevented it.
    And they are preventing it now.

    Please contact Warren Limmer and tell him to give this bill a hearing in the Judiciary Committee in the next two weeks. Or the bill will fail.
