Hey Jerry. If you dig into the history of the FEMA camps they go back to the 1990s. These camps have been a long term project, but I am not sure they are all they appear to be. FEMA has been exceptionally incompetent in the managing of the aftermath of Hurrican Sandy in the New York area.

There is more to say on the subject, but at this point in time the camps strike me as more for real disasters than concentration camps.
