If we don’t take control
We’re gonna lose it all
They’re taking away all our rights
And our country’s gonna fall
They couldn’t take us from without
So they’re trying to take us from within
Lets kick them out of office
And put in some common men

Everything’s going up
Except for our wage
We can’t make the two ends meet
So they just stand up and wave

We’re taxed for food we eat
And the gas in our cars
We’re taxed for everything
I think they’ve gone to far

Each year they give themselves a raise
While we have to make do
They passed a new health care bill
And if you’re a certain age your thru

So lets vote them out
And elect common men
Take away all their perks
Let them see where
We have been

Call them on the phone
Tell them what we’re gonna do
Just make it plain and simple
Come voting time
They’re thru
