I am new here so please bear with me for a moment. I am not new to Conservatism- I have voted that way since 1968 – but I have read statements from self described Tea Party activists on another forum who proudly claimed that they helped ”hijack” the election from Mitt Romney by either not voting for anyone or by voting for someone else. Is this really the tactic I should look forward to seeing next time if the candidate is deemed ’not acceptable’ to the Tea Party? I would hope that we don’t see a split vote between Republicans and Tea Party members because that would make certain of continuing Liberal control.
