  Pretty good article but it misses many of the more damaging issues:
  - Redevelopment agencies floating city bonds without the knowledge of the taxpayer
  - Property tax fraud
  - Taxation without representation
  - Eminent Domain abuses

    International ICLEI membership list if anyone would like to see if their City or County is listed.
    
    If it is, you need to have your City remove ICLEI from all City Plans, legislation, and ordinances as well as revoking membership before you end up paying off bonds for the next 30-45 years.
