West Virginia Constitutionalists

We are currently constituted as NC WV Tea Party. As part of a reorganization we will change our name and our founding document. The person who initially founded the group wants to avoid individual liability since he will no longer lead the group; even though he will remain a member of the new organization.

What we need is advice and sample documentation regarding the birth of a local group.
