This blog is a resource for information on Minnesota Judicial Reform & Accountability legislation. This Bill was known as HR 1632 in the 2009 Legislative Session. Evidence of Corruption & unaccountability of the Minnesota Judiciary was presented at an Ad Hoc Committee Hearing in 2009. A summary of said corruption & unaccountability of the Minnesota Judiciary is contained in the Introduction. The actual proposed text of the Legislation is also contained within this blog.
