In just a few short weeks since the Republican establishment’s hand-picked candidate led the Republican Party to defeat, the establishment has turned its sights on you – to blame you for their loss and for the weakness they have shown since their loss.
They have accused you, and millions of your fellow grassroots Patriots, of being what’s wrong about America. Why? Because we want fiscal responsibility, Constitutionally limited government, and free markets. That’s not what’s wrong about America. That’s what has been historically – and uniquely – right about America since our founding.
Not according to the Washington DC power establishment of elected officials, political staff, consultants, media pundits, and even some former “friends.” They have declared war on us, in a desperate attempt to hold on to their shrinking slivers of power and influence.
WAR
We are in a war for the heart and soul and Constitution of America. It is a war we must fight, and a war we must win.
This week, Speaker John Boehner purged three fiscally responsible Representatives from budget related committees. We melted Boehner’s phone lines. There were long waits on hold, and some of our fellow Patriots were hung up on by Boehner’s office, in a show of disdain for We the People.
We also called the three Congressmen who were purged from their committee assignments by Speaker Boehner, to let them know that we have not abandoned them like Boehner did, and that we will stand with them as they keep standing up to fight for our shared values and principles.
ARE YOU WITH US – OR WILL YOU SURRENDER?
Today we need to know if you are with us. We, the People, will not go away. We will not give up. We are here to fight this war, not to surrender. If our next battles have to be against those who are sitting in leadership and Speakership positions because of the majority we handed to them, so be it. We did not choose this war. We did not choose our opponents. They chose to wage war on us – and on the principles we hold dear as Americans.
We are marshaling our forces for the battles ahead, and we need to know if you will fight for what’s right about America, or will you surrender?

The tea party and occupy movement are two opposing armies, and they will fight the civil war.

To begin your education, learn who Alger Hiss was and what his role was in government and world affairs following World War II. Taking into account that it took almost 20 years for the Democrats to fully recover from his conviction in 1948 while spying for the Soviet Union, which brings us to 1968, look into the media’s role in indoctrinating the country with lies about Vietnam, which took 30 years for the country to eventually become aware of some of the truth. The TP are Not True Republicans. As I saw earlier quoted, the Republicans who were created in the 1860′s were and still are, Federalist. The grandson of John Jay, a founding father and author of The Federalist Papers, wrote against an anti-federalist state’s right democrat in the 1860′s who was insulting the Federalist Papers. Since there were only two parties, John Jay’s grandson must have been a Republican, since he was not a confederate. This makes complete sense as the Republicans were anti-slavery, and John Jay was a leader in the anti-slavery movement in his day. John Jay also worked closely with George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and Alexander Hamilton, who were all anti-slavery as well. It matches and makes Complete Sense.

Despite the tension between advocates of big powerful government, and small limited government (which have probably always existed) the compromise worked out by the Founders was our Constitution, which strictly limits government in order to protect the rights of people.
Unless it’s amended, properly, according to Article V, what is written in the Constitution remains our Supreme Law. “Virtual amendment” by Supreme Court rulings can’t change the Constitution, and simply ignoring it is a violation of our Supreme Law. What I would call a “High Crime”.
The problem is, Craig Sickler, the TP calls for state’s rights and value Jefferson. This is against what the Republican party of today which hails to the 1860′s, called for in its foundations.

The book is from 1862. Then also written on the same page: “The Jefferson party were… consequently at first called Anti-Federalists, then Republicans, and finally Democrats….The Federalists, as it has been explained, became Whigs, and afterwards Republicans; the old Republican party became the Democrat party.”
It then goes on to state the similarities of Republicans of that time to the Federalists of the past, and where they drew their voter bases from.
People who advocate Tea Party principles- limited Constitutional government, fiscal responsibility and free markets- are affiliated with a wide range of political Parties, some are not affiliated with any Party.
I bet there are even Democrats who support Tea Party principles.
The bottom line is still that the Founders who advocated limited government held to a few enumerated powers won. They wrote the Constitution. They sold the Constitution to the People, who ratified it.
Nobody at the time of the Founding was arguing for a government with general powers.
The Federalists argued that the Constitution would preserve Liberty by limiting the government to a few enumerated powers. The anti-Federalists opposed the Constitution because they didn’t think it went far enough in limiting the government and would eventually lead to a tyrannical central government.
I guess you’re on the side of the Royalists, who either fled the country or kept their mouths shut.

Jerry would relocate the poor to “Military Camps”. That would violate the rights granted specifically in the 5th amendment. The government cannot relocate people like that. And what would be the point? Welfare needs to be reduced and reformed. It is a failed system.

Reducing and reforming welfare back to it’s early beginnings probably isn’t possible- it would be too “unfair” and “un-compassionate”- just ask a “progressive”.
Even if we could somehow reduce and reform welfare, we’d still be left with a government that claimed the power to redistribute wealth (under the commerce clause) in order to further whatever the government claims will serve the general Welfare.
I guess then we could start the inevitable process of trying to fight each new “progressive” welfare program, one at a time, step by step, as the government once again turned them into- exactly what we have today!
Maybe our children and grandchildren will do a better job of stopping the growth of government without limits, but I’m sure they’d rather spend their time doing other things.

This post is a very interesting “call to arms”! You propound this “WAR” was not of your choosing, Yet, you continue to fight against your own interests!
You claim this “WAR” is of necessity against the left who want to erode America’s founding principles! I find this to be a very curious justification. The fundamental principle of our governance has been, for over 200 years, that the majority of votes determines an issue or question, yet the TP refuses to accept that concept unless they get their way. Please explain how confrontation and gridlock benefits the country? (The same question applies to the left, by the way!)
You claim you are now involved in a “second-front war” against the Republican establishment. That is really curious! The only influence the TP has is over Republicans by the threat of a primary challenge. Why would you pick a fight against the ONLY source avaliable to you to effect change? How does that benefit your cause?
You claim you want “fiscal responsibility”! As I broad concept, I would agree with that goal. However, it has taken many years of fiscal irresponsibility to get into this situation and it can’t be fixed overnight. You fail to realize that every dollar cut from the federal budget will affect someone’s life. You also fail to realize that dramatic cuts in the federal budget will adversely affect individual state budgets. The TP is great at vocalizing problems and placing blame on everyone but themselves, but They don’t articulate realistic solutions to those problems and, in fact, hamper efforts at those solutions.
You claim to want Constitutionally limited Government. On the surface, that seems to be a reasonable goal. The fact is we HAVE a Constitutionally limited government already – and have had for over 200 years.
You claim to want free markets! Again, on the surface that seems to be a reasonable aspiration. Please explain to me how the medical insurance anti-trust exemption complies with free market principles? Please explain how free market principles would have prevented the Wall Street debacle of 2008? The fact is that your free market argument is a ideological argument that doesn’t work in the real world where unscruplous and unprincipled business take every advantage they can, legal and illegal, to build on their profit margin!
If these were the sum total of the TP interests, there would be no doubt in my mind that the TP was a beneficial organization. Please explain where, within those three core principles, I can find the abortion issue; or the gay rights issue; or the imposition of religious views; or the emphasis on womens reproductive rights;
In my view, Speaker Boehner is finally asserting his leadership and taking control of his caucus. Whether conservative or progressive, the voting population sent our representatives to Washington to do their jobs and make decisions that will, ultimately, benefit the country as a whole. The President, Senators and Representatives were sent to Washington to solve problems and implement solutions. Constant fighting, grid-lock and preventing action isn’t in any of their job descriptions.
Now, after the election, you claim the since the “Republican establishment’s hand-picked candidate didn’t win, the TP is being blamed! Did you not have input into the primary process? The Republican primary process is almost totally closed. In my view, you’re upset Mr. Romney didn’t win. Well, the reason he got beat wasn’t totally because he was a flawed candidate (one that all Republicans chose), but, rather, because he and the R’s didn’t have a message that the majority of voters accepted! In the early primaries, the firebrand rhetoric of the TP forced all candidates so far to the right that no candidate could have moved to the center-right (which is necessary for a successful election) for the General election. Secondly, the thought process prior to the election was anyone was better than Obama and, mystically, the TP felt there was so much hatred of Obama that anyone could beat him. They underestimated his strength and overestimated their influence. No one, during the entire campaign, had the moral courage to say, specifically, what they would do and how they would do it! In otherwords, no message for the electorate to consider.
In conclusion, in my view, you got what you asked for! Now we are all stuck with a stronger progressive faction to deal with. I would gladly support the TP if it were to moderate its positions to a more reasonable level and eliminated the right-wing social engineering. Until that happens, I will do as I did in November – that is vote for the lesser of two evils. I am a firm believer in the adage “The devil I know is better than the devil I don’t know.”! Voting for Romney or any other Republican was an unacceptable option for me. Not voting was an even worse option. That only left me with one choice.
Each citizen has the right and responsibility to follow their own morals and principles. You claim to want to build a better America, however, your actions are totally and completely destructive to that end!

Before the election, I tried contacting every Tea Party Patriot chapter across the United States, with a plan to win in 2012. I received very few responses from fellow Tea Party Patroit chapters or members.
The few replies I did received from Tea Party Organizers were very discouraging. They were SOOO confident in their plans and methodolgy of winning the election. Where did that get us???
What organizers and Tea Party Patriots fail to realize. Is were fighting against a rigged game. Playing nice tactics are no longer going to work in defeating corrupt,dishonest socialist. In their game, all ends justify the means. Win at all cost, even if that means fraud, lies, corruption and cheating. And if you need any evidence of this. Just look at the way they unjustly attacked Mitt Romneys character.
Until we all wake up to this reality we will not win again until we can beat them at their own game, using the same similar tactics. Do any of you really believe Obama won the election fair and honest??? There are no rules on the left!!! win at all cost!!!
As much as the vast corruption had implications in the out-come of the election. The other undeniable truth is, the GOP ran a weak canidate. Don’t get me wrong, I think Mitt Romney is a very good, honorable, man who had the executive credentials to be a good President. But the problem was he is not a fighter/warrior, which we will need if we’re ever to defeat the left. We can never again go forward with the GOP estabilshment canidate.We need a true conservative warrior.
Moving forward, the GOP must be forced to run the true conservative candidates of our choosing. And if they continue ignore OUR conservative candidates, then they will continue to lose, and cease to be a viable party in the future.
Although the results of the election caused great pain for many, we cannot afford to quit the fight. We must continue to fight, and we must employ new/extreme tactics such as the left has done for years. To put it simply, we must beat them at their own game.period!!!
The next battle we must concentrate on is the Congressional elections in 2014. We must focus our energy on winning ever seat available in the Senate,House and Governorships. This means even GOP incumbents(Rinos) who forgot about conservatism as soon as they reached Washington, will be primaried. They have been put on notice.
We did it once in 2010, and we will do it again in 2014.
So how do we win convincingly in 2014? I have several thoughts, ideas and tactics of how we must fight this battle. If any Tea Party Patriot members, or organizers would like to contact me to discuss these various options. I would be happy to collaberate with you on the different tactics we must employ to win. If not? And you wish to continue with the same old practices and methodolgies. You can count on acheiving the same recent results….DEFEAT. The choice is yours.

The election was always going to be close. But, Romney and Ryan were going to win, untill….
Chris Christi sabotaged the election by publicly chastising Romney and prancing around with Obama. This created a 5 point swing. If you need, verify this. Check the polls the day before Christi sabotaged the election, and the polls for the next week up to the election. You will see a 5 point swing that wouldn’t be there if Christi had not sabotaged the election.
If Romney won, there would be 2 terms of Romney then Ryan would be the Republican candidate. After that, the party in the White House is likely to change. If Romney won, it would be most likely 20 years before Christi would have another chance to be president.
With what’s about to happen here, the Republican candidate will walk into the White House in 4 years. Everyone should remember how Christi sabotaged this election when he runs in 3 years.

I do see many of the factors you have cited as part of the problem. We who remember the 60′s clearly see that the element of protesters of that era are now the leading factors in the Democrat party. Michigan became a “right to work” state. Things are improving.
That (Right to Work) is going to be a big hole in the Unions efforts in Michigan.Look at what happened in Wisconsin. The state is getting closer and closer to helping its budget. When the state prison employees in Wisconsin were allowed to leave their union or retain their union, all but 10 left the union.
Schools are saving over a million dollars, just because of fairness in purchases like insurance. they are not required to purchase from pro union vendors.
Why be a right to work state? Because the unions are now the enemy of the worker. Exactly opposite of what they were supposed to be. All states should be right to work states. Look at what happened to Hostess. 18,500 jobs loss because the unions would not budge and their leaders get the pay of and the employees lose their jobs.

How I learned what I know about government, starting in 1963- I read the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, Washington’s Farewell Address, the Federalist Papers, the Anti-federalist Papers, Karl Marx, dozens of Supreme Court opinions from the first 150 years of our history and an extensive and still growing list of books and papers related to economics and political theory. I also pay attention to what comes out of D.C. and our various State governments, as well as political campaigns. Jeez DBWriter. I don’t see why you are blaming the U.S. Marshall for going after them. Shouldn’t you be blaming McVeigh, who started it in the first place? It was his plot and now McVeigh would have more crime on his hands. That fact that you are focusing on the U.S. Marshall is bizarre at best, when it was MCVEIGH in the 1st place. Turn the tables. What about the Aurora shootings, when it could have been prevented if they had started investigating the red haired idiot for secret weapons (who had been planning it for months)? What about the person who shot Gabrielle Giffords? He could have been investigated before it happened. They already had warnings from the numerous bricks thrown into the windows. The false accusation of Randy Weaver being a convicted felon was enough for the US Marshals’ Office to have jurisdiction and participate. They had no idea the information was fraudulent. As a result of the BATF sending fraudulent information to the US Marshals’ Office, one US Marshal was killed and one 14 year old boy was killed.
That wasn’t the only fraudulent information Larry Potts created and used to get federal agencies involved in his attempt to assassinate an innocent American family. Larry Potts invented teh story that Randy Weaver was a suspect in bank roberies in Montana, blatantly false as proven by the investigation of the FBI related to those bank roberies, which gave the FBI jurisdiction and they provided the sniper that shot Vickie Weaver from less than 100 yards through the head while she stood in an open doorway holding an infant in her arms.
Coincidentally, this same Larry Potts is the same BATF agent that invented the fraudulent evidence used to start the Waco fiasco, which got 4 BATF agents and over 80 innocent Americans killed.
So, please tell us, what is an American citizen supposed to do when the government attempts to assassinate them?

In short, it strikes me and a lot of folks that with the two party system using mega money to run the political process on both sides, if we (left and right) join in collaboration on getting unlimited, undisclosed money out of the system (via the PACs – the wealthiest determining who runs and is elected) we would all benefit by returning the political process back to the people – back to a true democracy.
Rather than fighting each other (right and left), instead where we are in agreement, it would help all of us to get the mega money out of the RNC and the DNC (and outside monies through PACs coming into local elections as well).
