Urge U.S. Senators to vote NO on Charnelle Bjelkengren

President Biden is giving a fresh demonstration of his contempt for the U.S. Constitution with his nomination of yet another shockingly unqualified nominee for a lifetime position on the federal bench. In a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Charnelle Bjelkengren failed to answer basic questions about the Constitution when asked by Senator John Kennedy (R-LA).

“Article V is not coming to mind” ... and again ... “Article II is not coming to mind.”

No one would trust a doctor who says, “the heart is not coming to mind.” We shouldn’t let Democrats recklessly install judges who lack a basic understanding of the Constitution.

Senator Kennedy was exactly right when he said some of Biden’s “forced” nominees “have no business anywhere near a federal bench -- they don’t have any business being anywhere near a park bench.”

Giving lifetime appointments to nominees who are blatantly ignorant about the Constitution would threaten the freedoms enshrined in the Constitution for decades to come. Message your U.S. Senators to vote NO!
