When: Saturday, March 10, 2010 8:15 AM Where: New Hampshire State House 107 N. Main St. Concord, NH 03301 Folks we need all hands on deck. We are going to be coordinating with as many 912 and Tea party groups from all over to NH. This is one of the most important piece of Legislation being voted on and we need to make sure it passes. Please be sure to make and bring some home made signs. HOUSE BILL 1343 is a bill that establishes a joint committee of the legislature to consider the constitutionality of acts, orders, laws, statutes, regulations, and rules by the government of the United States including the legislative, executive, and judicial branches, and to consider the actions necessary to protect the sovereignty of the state of New Hampshire. The bill merely reaffirms our states rights, currently provided for in the Constitution. This bill was heard by the State-Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee on February 11, 2010 at 11:00 AM in the LOB Room 203. It fell down to party lines - with 10 Ds opposing passage, 7 Rs supporting passage. This bill is scheduled for a House Floor vote on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010. Meanwhile you can write to the Legislators to ask them to SUPPORT this very important bill.
