Dianne Capps is a nurse who has worked for the Veterans Administration. She previously served as a leader for Concerned Woman of America and GOP co-chair in Okanogan County. She is the founder of the Okanogan County Crisis Pregnancy Center. She served as Chairman of the Okanogan Republican Party and State Committee woman, 1996-1999.
