Doesn’t that make O-care in actuality O-TAX??? If it’s a tax as the Supreme Court found it to be then it was not correctly addressed by Congress and needs to be rewritten to conform to the Accurate designation, and it can be repealed by a simple majority. Unfortunately the Conservative Faction ( about 75% of Americans) don’t have a majority in Congress and do not have a President that would sign a law repealing it. that puts us back to where we were before the 2010 election. We need to focus on voting against all the incumbent Democratic Socialists including the Administration who are up for reelection at every level of government in November.
