The CALM Act, (Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation) act is scheduled to be implemented soon. The law was passed last year by congress because some television commercials are annoyingly loud. Is there no limit to government intrusion on business?

If you are going to change parties, I suggest the Libertarian Party – if you read their platform, you will see it is very fiscally conservative but socially liberal – live and let live so to speak – constitutional. I personally downloaded the entire election results from Cuyohoga(sp?) county’s precincts in Ohio. It was astounding to me that so many voting machines registered ZERO votes for Romney – HOWEVER – since this is well known, and Romney voters want their votes to be counted as anyone else does, I find it hard to believe that no one has come forward…[Read more]
