1. Put your mouse pointer on the Image (above), and “Right Click” on it.
2. Put your mouse pointer on the selection: “Save Image As…”.
3. “Left Click” on it.
4. That will take you to where you have been saving Images & Pictures.
5. You should be seeing the (actual) File Name: molonlabesnakeBEST2
6. You will see the options: Save and Cancel.
7. “Left Click” on Save.
8. Now, you have a copy, of this on Your Computer.
