Do you have links and proof, I'd like to look at them. Below are my concerns and frankly I'm upset on the spin of things.

I love the way the discussion in our Corporate/Bully world has regulations spinned as an excuse to move the Business out of the country and or state. Regulations come from problems that are caused by people who have no interest in owning responsibility for their own actions. Corporations flying under the umbrella of being an individual are no exception to this rule.
To think otherwise says Businesses are not part of society at all! Which is what Businesses want. To not be considered part of society but still have all the benefits of an Individual in the USA.
What is most harmful to the USA and us citizens who travel over seas is the cold ruthlessness of our Business/Corporations over seas who are killing people for fun to make a profit of more than 500% on any given product at the cost of farmers lives, famine of its citizens and complete destruction of another country...another civilization. Yet, stock holders, Financiers, Board of Trustees and Board of Directors alike laugh at any legal policy that could potentially hold them or the CIA accountable for these actions!

A friend of mine was vice president of a manufacturer over twenty years ago and over saw all fabrications. The company claimed it was saving money by not following EPA regulations. He quit the company shortly after he forced the company to start its own clean up process and even then they were skimping on the clean up job. 30,000 species were infected and two went extinct while many neighboring streams and land was polluted. Children got ill and no one was to blame because it wasn't in the USA.
To this day the clean up process is still not complete. But this was and still is totally ok by the company because it wasn't their pets, family or friends infected. Just nature and its across the border! The philosophy of "as long as it wasn't me" is their constant rhetoric. "Do unto others before they do to me" is the most common phrase I heard from the most prominent business owners in my previous years of employment.
A recent tragedy and murderous venture was under taken by WallyMart over seas in Bangledash. Over twenty people killed in a slave garment factory! WallyMart knows the law about fire escapes and evacuation routes and yet they allow "their employees over seas to work in conditions that have none! No health benefits! No evacuation concerns!" YET PEOPLE STILL SHOP AT WALLYMART FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUYING CHEAP PRODUCTS WHILE OTHER NATIONS LOSE LIVES DUE TO SLAVE LABOR!!! If this happened here in the USA there would be a slap on WallyMarts' wrists.

It doesn't matter how its spinned people. It doesn't matter how the phrases or sentences or thoughts come out to say that all profit at no costs is what its all about. It doesn't matter if its blamed on regulations. It doesn't matter if its blamed on health care. Its all about what Business owners can get away with without owing anybody anything and taking from their workers everything their workers hold dear to their person and their hearts...their lives!
This is GREED in its worst form. This is GREEDs final bottom line. Period. Rockefellar was famous for that in Deadwood. Heck he killed his own workers to prevent having to pay them a cent for the amount of gold they found. Most of his workers were from out of the USA so there was little to pay attention to. He was famous for it. To this day, Business owners follow the same math, formula and physical actions that Rockefellar set in motion.
This is why Congress got paid a lot of money to allow the EPA to look the other way so we the people of the USA can allow Fracking to pump oil from under the ground at the cost of clean water and at the cost of our health and general welfare. Never mind your sink faucet can now cook your dinner or breakfast in the sink! But this is ok. We're addicted to oil not by choice but by strategic Business influential situations to force us to have no other alternative! But if its your home that is polluted... its ok. NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE BUT YOU FOR HAVING A POLLUTED HOME!!!

Its funny that Papa John's, a coal company and Applebees blame Obama's successful re-election as the reason they had to fire workers. Laying off just is an immature word for the real word/protest! Lets be real here. These are companies who are not losing money by any means. They spent more money funding Romni then they ever have spent on health care in their companies existence. If these financial idiots had wisely spent their money on their business and employee profit sharing instead of the money used in the anti-obama campaign: they would be taking care of their employees, their business and health care fees and wouldn't be seeing dollars lost but would see a larger return then they could ever possibly fathom! But they are uneducated and addicted to crack so Lets be real. Your life, my life and every living creature is a game to their financial pocket pornographic portfolio to see who they can harm/steal their livelihood for any reason at all. Its what GREED does. These people don't care about their workers. Heck some of them are human traffickers to pay slave labor wages here in the USA. If they did have any incling about employee relations then they themselves would not be using their Employees as the Rat population infested fodder. But they do and they laugh about it behind closed doors. Its what they do. Its what they are good at dooing... spinning the argument to make it sound like its a great thing that is good for them and everyone in the world! Its what I've had to term "The Common Corporation Greed Rhetoric"!

I personally like this news clip below about WallyMart. Sam Walton treated his people a lot better when he was alive. So the rumor has it. Below is WallyMarts truth of why it should no longer be allowed to be in business. I've stopped shopping there for this very reason. I can't help the employees and shopping there only makes the situation worse. Not better. So all I can do is boycott a place that believes its ok to abuse its employees which is slavery! This is the sad truth of WallyMart Corporation Board of Trustees and Directors idiots. The following is in Yahoo news and the link to the full story is below the paragraph. Employees said they weren’t given a choice as to whether they would work on Thanksgiving and were told to do so with little warning. “They don’t care about family,” said Charlene Fletcher, a Wal-Mart associate in Duarte, Calif. She said she is expected to report for work at 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The workers said that when they complain about scheduling and other problems, management cuts their hours or fires people."

Bottom line: If WallyMart Board of Trustees and Board of Directors have their way here in the USA then everyone will be working 15 hours per week and consider this full time, while, all the benefits of health care will come from their local STATE coiffers and from their local COUNTY coiffers and WallyMart won't have to pay full time employment! Oh, wait, why is the STATE, COUNTY and oh yes CITY responsible for employment funds????!!!

Oh, wait. Their Corporate leaders souls can still be saved for they are philanthropists to their special charities. Really? Nah. Its just a babble. Babylon is a myth... so is this myth that giving to food banks makes up for the harm they are doing.... as well as the perfect parchment that starts like this... "We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America"... seem to be treated just only as letters on a parchment so namely lettered the "Constitution". The Republican Party has lost the truth of why they helped start the constitution in the first place...unless they were against it all along.

General welfare and domestic tranquility it seems is misconstrued as "entitlement" and too many financiers-business owners want to make sure that general welfare and "entitlements" to the mass public no longer exist after 2020. Why is health care such a battle that it redefines our Constitutional rights? Are these very people attacking the Constitution and our rights as individuals and citizens of this country? Yes they are. If the Tea Party and any member is against general welfare which is one of the named reasons that the US Constitution was founded then this is not a Tea Party at all but a Koch Brother propaganda machine designed to oust the Constitution and the very fabric of why our nation was founded!

I am saddened, frustrated, upset and completely dismayed I had to write this because in the teapartypatriots there are too many fabricated excuses as to why businesses are leaving this country based on taxes, regulations, and healthcare... and amazingly these excuses are supported by some teapartypatriots members. Especially when these very businesses who are now operating over seas are wiping out entire Indigenous Tribes to land grab and make a profit at and above 500% what they could make if it was grown and made here in the USA...especially when it is sold here in the USA and Europe. Our middle class tax dollars are funding the taxes that are PAYING for these Corporations to be cold blooded killers over seas and they get away with it laughing and playing as its all a game to them. Just like the Holiday is now a game to us all for buying items we no longer need on turkey day a holiday of giving thanks for what gave us something so precious it is now long forgotten by too many in this country!!!... the price is an enslaved life over seas and slavery here in the USA has returned just under a different cloak and dagger! Just as long as its not a life here in the USA for that would just be Heracy!

A Side Note: A news story on one of the Cable Channels said that two States would possibly collapse due to internal wars. Pakistan and Mexico. Since when are these two countries now called States?!!!

However, this is not the only reason that businesses are not hiring. If it was, I wouldn't be balking or barking. I've watched too many businesses in my area relocate to another state or out of the country to make huge profits from savings on labor costs...pennies on the dollar literally...slave labor. Many of us who followed these out country jobs witnessed workers shot on the job via video tape because their boss was mad at them. These Businesses make Millions off of tax incentives (rewards) to be out of the state or country at the expense of tax payers dollars and these very corporations paid less in taxes than the triple amount of money they made in taxes(rewards/incentives) for being out of the country or state. I've witnessed too many business leaders say that if they can make Millions by having low paying labor (such as Thailand, Indonesia, China, India...etc.) out of the country then they don't have to hire American workers. The incentives just aren't here. I've also witnessed business leaders complain that they weren't making enough off of corporate welfare and thus fired people to make a political point to congress. When Bush Jr. was in office I watched more lay offs in my office than I did in people hired.
Regarding your comment on the devalued wealth. For those of us who know what you speak of I can agree on this point. However, I won't say it is the catch all. If it was the view of all who have money to build a corporations then they wouldn't be doing everything they can to make the very 1's and 0's that they claim to be their next Fortune 500 rating. Instead they would be fighting tooth and nail to ensure the Federal Reserve ceased to exist!

It is a very similar dedication I heard a Devote Republican say a few years ago when Obama first was elected into office. It went something like this "As long as a Democrat is in the White House I don't care how much of a tax incentive there is going to be. I will not hire anyone while a Democrat holds the White House." I haven't heard a peep from him since.
Doesn't the Donation pledge by Jenny Beth Martin, sound the same??? While Americans are out of homes on the east coast and their well being is in Jeopardy our time as a political force can actually be better spent on helping those in need right now and focusing to find another Ron Paul to run for 2016. Oh, that's right the GOP feared Ron Paul ever getting elected so they shut his ability to run. IF and this is a CAPITAL "IF" Tea Party Patriots is a TRUE Tea Party Patriots, then this organization as a whole should stop acting like babies crying in the night because they didn't get their meal ticket! TRUE Tea Party Patriots should actually HIRE workers to put workers back to work to help our Nation recover from the financial mess Corporate Welfare has caused this nation as Corporate Welfare is just one symptom of problems! TRUE Tea Party Patriots should start eating again instead of acting like babies on a starvation protest as a protest to stop America from recovering! Instead this organization lead by Jenny Beth Martin, should really work to help congress bridge the gaps so we will stop having this messed up filibustering B. S. that has been the prominent downfall of this ONCE great nation. If anyone working under me pulled the stunts that the Republicans have been doing in Congress for the last four years they'd be fired without pension and I'd rehire people who are there to do the work and not the politics. But this is just me. Who can run a company with attitudes this childish and immature? No one. Yet, somehow the Republicans believe its a great thing to do in the name of "The Republic" and not Democracy. We are a Republic after all. No where in our Pledge of Allegiance does it say "Democracy". But this is OK. It is after all a Republic that creates dollars off the computer keypad in an Illegal Federal Reserve Office and thus creates Corporate Welfare from donations and earmarks at the expense of this Nations fiscal safety. But this is the kicker. Anyone who supports Corporate Welfare supports the fiscal collapse of the global economy and believes in slavery. Oh wait I did say it. SLAVERY!
