For more than two centuries America has been guided by our U.S. Constitution serving as a world model for governance and as with most things it all must come to an end at some point. We now find ourselves at a precipice in time, either reverse our countries course or knowingly step off the cliff into the black hole of time. The longest lasting Constitution in world history is now a door mat for our government officials. Public officials take an oath to support the Constitution and to abstain from creating laws that interfere with individual liberty and rights of the people they serve. Yet we find their sacred oath means nothing whatsoever, we are in a point in time when everybody from the President of the United States to local police chiefs are actively using our Constitution as a door mat.

Our coequal branches of government really do not exist; the Obama administration has expanded executive branch powers to an unprecedented level using executive orders and his czar’s while Congress passes laws in the dark of the night quietly limiting personal freedoms of the sheep or the citizens in this country. I am certain if the American people knew what was really going on they would rise up, but we do not have a press in this country any longer, or should I say the “press” is in transition moving from NBC’s Brian Williams to blogs and commentators like Rush Limbaugh and Mark Lavin.

Our alleged post partisan president has established a new precedent for NOT working with legislators on both sides of the aisle while he changes and or ignores the laws of our country. With more than forty czars ruling by executive fiat through the fourth branch of government The Administrative Branch he has structured a second tier of government that is not elected and for the most part not held accountable by the American people. This penumbra or shadow government undermines the foundational principle of our government and is seeking to create a government ran by executive branch proxy. What does congress do you ask..NOTHING! Let’s all compromise and just get along..that constitution is now what it once was – we have the new one!

Did any of you hear about Executive Order 13528 forming the Council of Governors established January of 2010? The council is made up of the ten FEMA regional governors and they serve at the pleasure of the president to represent the Nation as a whole, their duties include the review of issues relating to the National Guard, homeland defense and the integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States – sounds innocent right? Just one little problem with E.O.13528, it ignores the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act which is a law that bars our military from domestic police powers.. oops! Well I have to say we have a living and Breathing Constitution now so our temporary politicians can do whatever they want and beside this does not affect me and my personal life so who the hell cares. In the end it is another E.O. or Obama law that erodes the power of the states and their ability to control their militias.

In the middle of March our illustrious grand leader President Obama issued another decree or law or Executive Order and this one is really good and I am positive you must have heard about it..! This new dictate is called the National Defense Resources Preparedness Order sounds like a great law so far but you may end up saying he can’t do that! With this new E.O. he has granted himself absolute power over all American resources during times of PEACE and national emergency including food, water, livestock, plants, energy, health resources, transportation, and construction material – now how does that sound? What about Congress – yes what about Congress – we don’t need them we have Obama! And people are calling him a Socialist; Marxist now that is ridiculous is it not! So under both emergency and non-emergency conditions – what else is there, he could order peacetime martial law..

But relax just because he has the power declare martial law that does not mean he will do it and even if he does we have Congress and they will say they are appalled and possibly sue the executive branch. And when those Supreme Court Judges get the case they will not be using that original worn out rag, they will be using the new living breathing Constitution.. But the people will rise up.. sure they will–!!
