Brad posted an update We have surveyed government, organizations, individuals and businesses. Through this process we found the key demands and needs. We started out in Minnesota and have had a ground swell of support and have been repeatedly asked to expand past Minnesota. So through volunteers in other states we will begin the nonpartisan evolution to common sense, we have changed our geographic area but the message remains the same. It is not the time to sit on our hand; we must fix the lack of; planning, concern, passing the buck and common sense for our children, grandchildren and great grand children.
We occupy all streets and have power through collaboration. We don’t have to agree on everything we just have to agree we need to and can do better. Let’s achieve pro growth, pro business, pro individual and really pro-reform, pro-change, pro-results. We do not take government subsidies or grants so we need your help and support; we of course have 100% open books now let’s move America forward!
America’s economic health has many major issues. We are doing something different, we are not taking on everything at once, it ends up watered down and non effective and non enforceable. We need jobs and economic growth and reform in government and education.
Times have changed and models, techniques and systems need to be updated. We repeatedly keep doing things that are not working. Let’s focus on what private and public sector collaboration can create in this new time. The Federal, State’s and local government continually do things that do not produce results and do not encompass the end users (the private sector). We like to say it’ll work this time”. That’s why our economy is the way it is.
The economy collapsed do to a non sustainable model and system. We are in the process of a reset, rethink, and a new way to think and operate. When facts go against our assumptions, we have a tendency to dig in our heels and go on our assumptions. Changing our fundamental view is hard and its way too easy for our brains to discount facts that challenge what we have believed.
If we truly want our communities to be successful and have the benefits that go with it, we have to adapt to the economy and limited funds. We have to recognize that fundamental aspects of our world have changed, in the span of a few pivotal years have total changed our economic landscape is different. We must recognize that the game has changed and use our rational wisdom and common sense to find the better ways forward.
If communities continue on the same old path and the same old way it has been done for a 100 years we will wither. If our public leaders don’t include private sector and stay in denial of needed change we will continue to wither. We must adapt and change to the times, private sector participation can be good and beneficial. The private industry generates the tax base and can get us out of the current budget crisis we are in.
Infrastructure, education and social programs, do not matter if we keep losing our businesses, if Government keeps growing while the private sector is shrinking. Our deficit will continue to increase and our tax base will continue to dwindle. Every time we discourage and turn away businesses we all pay more.
Every small business and every employee creates thousands of dollars for the community. There are ways the government can live within there means, lets reduce the size of government 15% by 2015.
Through allowing private business and private individuals to do modern day techniques it develops their tax base and on budget.
The second part of the future of America’s economic health lies in the quality and readiness of its workforce.
We must raise our standards to match competition. We can do better, both for ourselves and for the next generation. Improving educational attainment is a worthy goal. Improving the skills of our current and emerging workforce through focused education and new effective models is the key to our economic development. (C)hanging (H)ow (A)merica’s (N)ext (G)eneration (E)ducates (CHANGE) is focused education National career readiness training, skillgap training, skills@work or “work ready” and “work ready” communities
Let’s collaborate with the public and private sector. Private impute will be crucial and lets stop what does not work and start to rebuild America together. Let’s make America a pro growth, pro-business, pro-individual, pro-active, pro-reform, pro-change, pro-results place to live and do business. We want your collaboration, impute and support, thank you.
Job creation ¬ pro-growth ¬ skill gap training ¬ work ready & business training ¬ community work ready certification ¬ business retention and expansion ¬ focused education, Education reform, Government reform ¬ Acknowledging the constitution, streamlining ¬ end results analysis ¬ intergovernmental resource sharing ¬ public private partnerships ¬ collaboration with the public and private sector
