    Formed after the inception of the 9-12 Project, CCTP had over three thousand participants in our inaugural Tea Party By the Bay on April 15th, 2009. Since then we have sponsored and participated in protests, town hall meeting, candidate forums and will continue to awaken the American people to take back our country. We are committed to limited Government, Constituional freedom, states'rights and national sovereignty.
