Wanted to share something that Greg Cummings of the Iowa Grassroots Coalition came up with. Good stuff.

PATRIOT CREED

Passionately I dedicated myself as a Patriot, knowing full well the position I place myself within our nation today, I will always stand up, speak out, and defend the foundation of this one nation under God. Acknowledging the fact that a Patriot will always lead by example the Patriotism, Morality, and Faith that so many had done before me.

Testing my intestinal fortitude in the face of the enemy as I step forward always to stand my ground and shield the sacred documents of my country. Remembering always those that gave the ultimate price so that we may live free with liberty and someday witness the outcome that our forefathers envisioned.

Identifying the need of my fellow countrymen I will shoulder more than my share of the task to always stoke the movement with strength and momentum to accomplish the mission. Objectively will I assess all mankind individually by their character, their traits, and their actions of citizenship. Taking into account the importance of accountability of myself and that of my elected officials, so that our country might operate as the blessing of equality and prosperity for generations to come.
