The Worcester Tea Party is a response to the usurpation and subversion of personal freedoms and free market capitalism by the federal government. Tea Party participants support: • The return to our founding Constitutional principles of personal responsibility, integrity, honesty, liberty and economic freedom • The re-assertion of our sovereignty as free men and women • The re-establishment of local control through the strengthening of the rights of individual states • The holding accountable of our government through citizen activism And to accomplish these objectives through educating, recruiting, organizing and mobilizing the citizens of the Commonwealth.

To return the second largest city in Mass, Worcester, to the basic values of our country, the Seven Hills Tea Party and the citizens of the United States of America - including adherence to the Constitution, smaller government, fiscal restraint and continued personal freedoms. As City of Worcester issues continue to arise, we desire to build a community of people who can address the issues, encourage involvement in campaigns for like minded candidates (local, state and federal), and educate and engage the voters to vote and work towards this change.

I am mad as hell of what we have allowed to happen to our great nation. Self serving elected officials on capitol hill have been bleeding our country dry, killing our freedoms one un-constitutional law at a time. Harvard University Tea Party is a student group at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, founded by Lucas H. Scanlon. Everyone is welcome to attend our events! We hold monthly meetings and are active in our community. Our purpose is to provide a platform for discussion and action about the need for constitutionally limited government, fiscal responsibility, and free markets, as they were outlined in the Constitution, Bill of Rights and Federalist Papers.
