Can someone help me understand what the hell is going on? From what I understand, we went to Afghanistan to fight the taliban, but now that the war is winding down the taliban is going to be part of the afghan government. What the hell was the point?
Now the government plans on arming syrian "rebels". Why the hell are we going to arm known terrorist? Better yet, why are they trying to arm terrorist but take away our gun rights?

We the people are under attack by the government. Our rights are being stripped from us. Our Constitution and Bill of Rights is being shredded right before our eyes. It seems we have no voice or no way to stop them. The government has federal law enforcement agencies, paramilitary groups, state and local law enforcement and none of them serve us. All of these sworn officers took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, but yet they dont. They abuse us and will kill us if given the order. My fellow Americans we need help. I am looking for anyone that can help. I am trying to start a private security firm that serves us. A group of Americans that will protect Americans. This is not a call to arms(yet), but I do believe we should be protecting ourselves. It seems at this point we need to show force to get our country back. We need our voices heard and they are not listening.
I have proudly served in the Marine Corps and my whole reason for enlisting was to protect my country, not my government. My oath states "I will defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies, FOREIGN and DOMESTIC". Unfortunately the enemy of the constitution is domestic this time. We need to protect our country before it is destroyed any further.

Bigger vehicles will block more traffic. Since the trucks will be moving there should not even be concern for tickets. The drivers can simply block intersections as lights change red and prevent traffic from flowing. Besides, a steady stream of big trucks barreling into the city can be quite intimidating.
