END OF THE FREE INTERNET???

I’ve posted this before, as others have elsewhere. But no one in the Media, not even Fox, is covering this, anywhere near the way it should be.

Article on DickMorris.com: Meetings currently underway in Dubai. They have until Dec. 14 to agree on proposals. One statement in article : ”Each nation has the right to manage the internet TO ENHANCE ITS ABILITY TO BLOCK POLITICALLY FREE SITES.”

I know that treaties ordinarily have to be ratified in the Senate. But Dick Morris has said that once this is signed it has the force of law. In a discussion on another site, it was suggested this could be done by using the Vienna Convention on The Law of Treaties, as an end run around the Constitution. (Even though that Treaty has never been ratified in the U.S.) I’m certainly not an authority on treaties, but Part 1, pgh.1, sec. c, stands out.
