      All rough towns with bad murder rates, where exactly do they stand on a national and international scale?
      All have tough gun laws, Miami being the least, however Miami has the concealed carry in several suburbs, which, strangely enough, are counted in when the murder rate is figured, but counted out when it serves to badmouth concealed carry.
