A. Executive Summary
A1. Business Identification:
Tea-Party Logistics LLC. (further identified by TPL) is a U.S. based non-profit business league founded in 2012. TPL provides the integration and implementation services needed to consolidate and implement business ideas generated by affiliated tea party organizations.. This centralization sets out to feed ideas into well structured supply chain defined as the Idea Supply Chain further know as (ISC). ISC includes collaboration services and registration of affiliated tea party organizations and its members for voting on processes and priorities along with contribution for the same. TPL sets out to eliminate lost focus through disparate tea party organizations. As a result of centralization comes a common means of collaboration, reduction in redundancies, improved cost and quality controls and a means to view, control and command valuable resources at a central point. These services utilize open softwares (no license fee) to reduce costs. The primary type of open software used is enterprise resource planning (ERP). TPL is designed to fall under business league Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(6).
A2. Mission, Goals and Objectives:
Our mission is to equalize the playing field for tea party organizations as it relates to other non-profit organizations. Currently tea party ideas, focus and resources have been lost in the deluge of tea party organizations. This is due to no centralized means of collaboration. To satisfying our mission we provide integration and support services surrounding ISC.
Our main goal is customer satisfaction resulting from the services we provided. Our secondary goal is exceed all expectations in process improvements.
Our objective is provide services to meet our affiliates expectations. These expectations normally are defined in respect to on time, on budget and return on investments.
A3. Keys to Success:
The main key in our success is TPL’s culture. As in all cultures the basis is a set of commonly shared values. These values are the basis of all other keys in our success. Our culture is a tightly woven team sharing the same enthusiasm and respect for business ideas as our affiliates. This unified team in is itself our greatest marketing and sales tool.
Second key is the value we place on the success of our affiliates. Without affiliate successes there is no TPL. This value is measured in the respect and satisfaction received from our affiliates. This measurement includes values in on time, budget and overall success as it relates to ideas and directions of our affiliates.
Third key is based on our utilization of open software. Open softwares is a concept in which people with passion dedicate their time to creation of softwares open to the public. These softwares are exceptional in design and support. Large communities have formed around these softwares. These communities provide a never ending learning path for our volunteers. It is a means to fulfilling many of their passions. It provides a basis for free spirit. This spirit drives innovations and commitment. This concept not only provides a level playing field for our affiliates but a team extremely dedicated to the success of the processes. We utilize open softwares to deliver ISC solutions.
As freedoms are removed so grows the need to organize those in defense of freedom. This means all frontiers must be constantly monitored, evaluated and widened where possible. This can not be accomplished without technology. There is no doubt costs must be trimmed. Collaboration is the first step. Second is a highly structured means of processing ideas. Ideas that must be translated into strategies and prioritized. This must be
