We must quit insulting ourselves by attempting to cure the effects of Congress. We must act to get a Congress that will represent us and our views.
My solution is to move toward term limits, this is within state control if we get a majority of the states to support such a movement. Lets be the first here in WV.

1. Lets get a legislative scholar to tell us exactly what needs to be filed and get on the ballot. This process could be different per state.
2. Get a committee to send this information to each state with a milestone to get accomplished.
3. Energize this movement for all involved, democrats, republicans, libertarians and independents.
4. Have this all in place to enact prior to the next primary election.

A process that this concerned US citizen thinks will work. R.J. Kincaid
