Greg sent Speaker Boehner the following letter. I think it echos the sentiment of the majority of the people who are not in the Obama camp and living off the government.
”If the GOP wins the Presidency and Senate in November’s election, they will have won by default. Despite the people declaring in the 2010 midterm elections that they have had enough of the Obama Administration’s assault on our Constitution, the GOP has shown nothing but weakness and an unwillingness to do the will of the people. Obama has run roughshod over our constitutional legislative process by enacting with executive orders what he cannot enact through legislation. You and the rest of the GOP leadership have failed in your duty to stop these violations of the Constitution.
We realize that our only choice to preserve the American way of life and the Constitution is to remove Obama and his leftist supporters from office, even if it means electing spineless Republicans. But know this, that after the election we will hold the GOP’s feet to the fire and if they fail to abide by the will of the people and the rules of the Constitution, they will not only see their defeat in the next election, but they will likely see the end of their party. We know that the rise of a third party now will only ensure Obama’s re-election. However, if the GOP also fails us, that third party will rise up and devour the GOP. I have worked in the past two elections for the GOP and I know what the majority of people are saying. They say that both parties have failed America. New voter registrations show far more people registering as unaffiliated than Republican or Democrat. And many of those who do register with party affiliation do so only so they can make their voices heard in the primaries and not because they support the party.
The GOP’s despicable actions to silence the opposition and force a rules change at the national convention clearly proves that the party is unwilling to submit to the will of the people and is only concerned about the power of the party’s leadership. Were it not for the fact that the Democrats are even more despicable, I would have switched parties there and then. If you will not listen to your own party, how can the American People ever expect you to listen to them? Obviously they can’t.
The time for playing games and worrying only about the power of the party’s chosen elite is over. We The People will not stand for politics as usual. We will only accept a total return to the Constitution’s rules of limited government and fiscal responsibility. Anything less will mean the end of America as we know it- and not in a good way. If you care nothing about our great country, then at least know that as America falls, so does the GOP. If America is not restored to greatness, the GOP will exist no more and nobody will mourn the party’s passing.”

Very good sentiments, but will they be heeded? We still need to unite to win and that looks farther away every day. We must stop the internecine fighting among ourselves and focus that energy against the Democrats in the Administration and Congress. Don’t forget the ones in State Government that are trying everything to sabotage the Conservative programs, and it even goes down to the Local Representatives who have embraced the Americanized version if UN Agenda21 called ICLEI to subvert National Sovereignty.
