Facts are facts – Being a war veteran and POW does NOT mean your are a good Senator. McCain needs to go away. He doesn’t want to win. He wants to be comfortably powerful. And if that means Republicans being noble losers forever then so be it. He’s fine with that. Just look at the campaign he ran! He ran like a man who was fine with losing. I think John McCain now looks to his daughter’s blog for inspiration. He needs to understand that Rand Paul is a Republican and should not be trashed. The rules of the Senate be damned. It’s controlled by Harry Reid. Rand is truly for our US Constitution. That is what matters. I am glad that Mitch McConnell recognized the moment for what it was. FYI, how was dinner, Senator McCain? Wasn’t that nice of the President to treat you and Lindsey Graham to a dinner on him while Senator Rand Paul was standing on his feet and making the rest of us proud? You, Graham, Chris Christie and other Republicans need to learn not to trash the new Republicans. You need to support their efforts and learn that things need to change if we are going to throw out the influence of Barack Obama.
