      I signed it but how many petitions have gone ignored? Just another effort in futility. I took presentments to the Federal District Court in Austin in Oct. 2009 about this as well as a multitude of issues about the illegal, unconstitutional sittling usurper. None of the criminals in any branch of government is going to do anything. Anyone care to wager me on that.
