A group of common citizens gathered to positively affect change in the direction of our government toward being constitutionally limited, fiscally responsible, and supporting private property rights and the free market economy.

Group of us in the Riverside Area, Corona, Norco, Eastvale, etc. that want to have meetings and activities promoting the Tea Party conservative way in America. We want our country back.

AT THE CLOSE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION, a woman asked Benjamin Franklin what type of government the Constitution was bringing into existence. Franklin replied, “A republic, if you can keep it.” WE THE PEOPLE of the Riverside Tea Party Patriots, are a nonpartisan, grassroots group of patriotic American citizens concerned about the welfare and future of the great Republic our Founding Fathers created and scores of Americans sacrificed, fought and died for, protecting and defending it for us and future generations. Therefore we are pledged to: 1.) Educate ourselves and become knowledgeable about the Constitution of the United States and the Republic our Founding Fathers intended so we can teach others. 2.) Preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. 3.) Work to minimize government and promote fiscal responsibility. 4.) Protect, preserve, and expand the People's (Proposition) Initiative Process. 5.) Identify, research, and advocate solutions to political/government problems. 6.) Make all government transparent and accountable to the people. 7.) Promote the enactment the 28th Amendment: Congress shall pass no law that doesn't apply equally to them. 8.) Remain a government watchdog. 9.) Enjoy the greater liberty, more freedom, and the pursuit of happiness! We are a group of dedicated "boots on the ground" activists. We are actively organizing our communities, vetting constitutionally principled candidates, and committing the adequate troops to assist in getting them elected, organizing "watchdog" groups for the various Boards, Councils, and committees in the Sacramento Area to keep the general public informed of the wasteful spending within their local govt's. The Boston Tea Party was an act of direct protest by American Colonists demanding representation in the British Government. They became known as the original patriots. The San Diego Tea Party of 2009 and Tea Parties all across America will reinvigorate that American and Patriotic spirit; one that demands respect for individual rights and property. As the bailouts spiral out of control, we are forced to fund failed banks. With foreclosures on the rise, we are made the collateral of reckless spending. And, when the bills come due, the IRS knocks on the door of “self-responsibility”. ENOUGH! America is the land of opportunity. To succeed AND to Fail. Without consequences, what is our incentive to learn? What is our incentive to produce?
