Franklin County Patriots DEFENDING FREEDOM Our Vision: The Franklin County Patriots is a peaceful, civic group with a non-partisan platform united to educate, inform and mobilize all freedom-loving patriots, giving them a voice agaisnt governmental tyranny. Patriots will work together to restore conservative values in an effort to promote life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness among the citizens of Franklin County and throughout our great nation. Our Mission: To provide like-minded citizens opportunities for united service through the formation of committees that target specific areas, such as, media, technological communication, lobbying, strategy for reaching African Americans and Hispanic communities, as well as, reaching unregistered voters. These committees will work together, pooling their resources and talents in developing strategies that will help us fulfill our vision. Our Core Beliefs: We believe: * In God and Country and in preserving the historic, Judeo-Christian principles upon which America was founded. * Our Creator has granted us the inallienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. * The Constitution and the Declaration of Independence clearly define the role of the United States Government. * In limited power of the federal government based on the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. * Our founding fathers were clear that fiscal responsibility was a key element of successful government. * Government power should not be used to restrict oil drilling, coal and nuclear power and that alternative energy sources should be pursued in order to be independent from foreign countries. * In a strong national defense, in reforming the tax system, in regaining control of our national borders and in English as our official language.

The group is a non-partisan, conservative, grassroots organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the ideals and principles of our Nation's founders as expressed in the The Declaration of Independence,The Bill of Rights,The Constitution of the United States of America. It is our civic duty to participate peacefully, respectfully and lawfully in the political process in order to recapture the vision and original intent of these Founding documents. The Fredericksburg Va Patriots welcome all like-minded Patriots regardless of race, sex or creed.

Our group has focused on Agenda 21 as well as True the Vote. We have members from the southern part of Fauquier County, North to Upperville and Loudoun county. We have participated in many of the programs offered as well as sponsored debates and working on flipping the senate. We are fairly new but have board meetings about twice a month as we define our course of action and who we are as a group

JeffersonConservative.com is for conservatives that want to move beyond what has passed for conservatism in recent years. Our focus is on the core values of limited government, maximum personal freedom with limited government control of our lives, strong fiscal discipline with desire for a Balanced Budget Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and line item veto authority for the president, and congressional term limits. We are open to working with any group that supports the above.

We are a growing membership of patriots with conservative values. We believe in the Constitution as it was orginally written. We want adherence to the 10th Amendment which states that the powers not delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states and the people. We believe in the TEA Party movement and are proud to be a part of it.

Sweet Briar College, the sister school of Hampden-Sydney College, seeks to promote the core values of the Tea Party Movement in an effort to support free market, limit government expansion, and demand fiscal responsibility.

Louisa VA Tea Party began in February 2012 with the help from several members of the Patrick Henry Tea Party. We have approximately 40 members who are dedicated to promoting Constitutional adherence, limited government, fiscal responsibility and free markets.
