We must quit insulting ourselves by attempting to cure the effects of Congress. We must act to get a Congress that will represent us and our views.
My solution is to move toward term limits, this is within state control if we get a majority of the states to support such a movement. Lets be the first here in WV.

1. Lets get a legislative scholar to tell us exactly what needs to be filed and get on the ballot. This process could be different per state.
2. Get a committee to send this information to each state with a milestone to get accomplished.
3. Energize this movement for all involved, democrats, republicans, libertarians and independents.
4. Have this all in place to enact prior to the next primary election.

A process that this concerned US citizen thinks will work. R.J. Kincaid

Anthony Mucciolo posted an update in the group West Virginia Is it Fair? By any stretch of one’s imagination, is it fair that our Congress and the Obama administration try to suck every available dime from Americans while sending multiple billions to nations abroad? Can they possibly convince the most uneducated simpleton in America that they are representing the best interests of our country when they gouge our own people year after year?

How is it that I, a simple minded American, can think of this solution, and the minds of these Harvard and Yale graduates are struggling with answers? Here’s my simple minded solution – If 100 billion dollars is needed – why not inform the 50 + countries that receive our money every year that they will be receiving up to 2 billion dollars less this year because America needs its resources? Is my idea insane? Is my intellect too limited to comprehend the magnitude of the situation?

I’m a Real Estate Broker, and I have become aware that billions of potential dollars are not coming into the treasury from unused and unprofitable government owned real estate. Why are they turning us citizens upside down for a few extra dollars instead of hiring someone to lease and or sell unused and/or unnecessary property holdings? It’s wasteful and unprofitable! They have allocated five million dollars to study goldfish!

I have friends who work at Boeing who marvel at how they charge the government as much as $250-$350 for a wrench and a screw driver!! Government can’t find more than 100 billion dollars - simply can’t account for it – so they want us to make up the losses. Our government is wasting billions and billions of dollars or preventing these monies from coming into the treasury while telling America that everyone needs to pay their fair share. People on welfare and the lower income wage earners pay no taxes at all. But if we did away with the federal income tax and only taxed those items purchased by the public, everyone will have a little skin in the game. By the way, you can find this suggestion in the Federalist Papers written more than 200 years ago. I didn’t go to Harvard or Yale, yet in my lowly intellectual state of mind I can find solutions!

Speaking of taxes – Are real estate agents the only ones who can comprehend that most people can actually afford to pay the mortgage note they signed at closing? For example: Let’s just say that a middle income family obtained a $200,000 mortgage at 5% interest. His mortgage note would be approximately $900 per month for 30 years. But the mortgage company wants an additional 1/12 of the Homeowners insurance and 1/12 of the taxes added to the $900 every month for a total of what could easily be $1500-$1800 per month depending on the taxes. Property taxes continue to rise and mortgage payments continue to escalate until we can no longer afford the payments. We’re losing our homes to the local and state tax man.

Again, am I one of only a few that gets it? Maybe I should start a Political Action Committee and ask people to make donations to help me get into Congress. At least I would fight for lowering the tax rates and increasing revenue by leasing office space, farms, etc. Then again, if my intellect is so low, that may not be a good idea.

Anthony Mucciolo posted an update in the group West Virginia For those who hold out hope for real change, this will be well worth your reading, and sharing. We need a New Revitalized Republican Party, and every conservative and libertarian who aspire to run for the Congress and the Senate in 2014 will most likely defeat their counterparts if they include all or most of these positions in their platform. The people want us to run a positive campaign – telling them what we stand for, and what we will do to change the future of America – rather than lambasting our opponents. WE are a people desirous of a limited federal government, but we need a definitive plan: For example, what is our “Plan for reducing the tax burden?” We can advance a plan advocating these first 5 positions:

1. financial responsibility and accountability insuring that all investments made with tax payer funds be examined and decided on the basis of a sound business plan, adequate capital investment of its partners and stock holders, and the expectation of long-term success; and further, that all profits, interest, earnings on property and securities from whatsoever source are proportioned back to the states and the taxpayers;

2. demanding and receiving from all nations to whom we provide security, payment for the expenses incurred by our government and its taxpayers to furnish them with our military personnel, equipment, ordinance, and safe quarters while on their lands; and to further insure the paid medical care of all wounded in action both short term and permanent, coupled with a sustainable monthly allowance to support their families, and paying a delegated amount to the families of all killed in action, or as a result of being stationed on their land;

3. imposing work demands upon all prisoners sentenced to incarceration for more than 90 days, to provide for their detention expenses, daily necessities, and to provide for the welfare of their dependents; actions that will greatly diminish the tax burden on the American people;

4. taxation on the purchase and consumption of goods rather than personal or business incomes, a principle supported by Alexander Hamilton in the 14th Federalist paper;

5. eliminate the Department of Education and restore to the states their proper right to exercise full oversight and controls over the education and curricula of all educational institutions within its jurisdictions;

6. restoration of religious expressions and practice without hindrance;

7. the right to bear arms in every city and state in the union for our self protection without unnecessary restraint and limitation, for the purpose of securing our persons and property from both foreign and domestic terrorism and threats; excepting only the right to disarm those who are, or become, members of known and recognized terrorist groups and gangs;

8. the security as before provided for all generations in the Bill of Rights, and a government transparent to, and accountable to, the people and Congress of the United States.

9. that all laws, regulations, taxes, and restrictions imposed on the citizens must be equally obligatory and enforceable on every member and employee of the federal government and its assigns without exception.

These policy positions are firmly embodied in the duties, obligations, and responsibilities inherent in the laws of fiduciary responsibility and trusteeship which was made incumbent upon the federal government when our forefathers “vested” certain cherished financial trusts, invaluable sovereign and sacred rights, and other “treasures” of great value to the states, they placed under its protections; whose duty it is to protect, defend, and secure these certain and valued rights and trusts committed to them and enumerated in the document we refer to as the Constitution of the United States.

Therefore, I submit to the peace-loving people of this district, and this state that no one entrenched in the foxholes of government domination is going to “give back” the rights they have usurped for their own enrichment. IT BECOMES THEREFORE, ENCUMBENT UPON US, the Common People, TO REPLACE those in the Congress and Senate who have not left their secure foxholes, have not condemned the usurpation of the people’s rights and liberties, have not attempted to restrain the appropriation of additional powers from the states, and have not taken steps to limit the powers of the government, nor have begun to initiate action to restore our sacred rights, even those who have enriched themselves at the expense of the governed.
Of particular mention, we must examine the record of those who profess themselves to be conservative Republicans, and determine if they have STOOD THEIR GROUND in DEFIANCE of these illegal and unconstitutional acts, or caved in to the demands of this administration to further encroach upon and usurp our rights; and if it be determined they have not stood their ground in defense of the sacred trust committed to their keeping, THEY MUST, of NECESSITY, ALSO BE RESPLACED.

I am advocating for the election of individuals committed to supporting and defending the principles and the sacred confidence originally vested by our forefathers in the federal government: individuals who will engage in a strong, determined, yet peaceable means of restoring our government to its proper place of strength in matters foreign and domestic.

Of grave importance, they must immediately begin to create a stable environment aimed at alleviating the fears of the electorate who have begun to question the government’s loyalty to uphold the sacred fiduciary trust delegated to it by the people.

It is reported that our government is preparing the military and police for a national revolt. If this is true, I submit that the fear and apprehension within the hearts of Americans losing hope of a bright and successful future for themselves and their children is well documented by the administration. Otherwise, why the preparation? But should a government wary of revolt prepare to kill its own citizens instead of making the changes necessary to promote the peace and general welfare of its citizens? Is our government going to mimic the insufferable tragedies upon us that King Assad of Syria, is waging against his own people -choosing to kill his own people rather than give way to progressive change? Is this the future we envision for ourselves and our loved ones?

Revolution may be at our doorsteps, but do we welcome it? Do we support an uprising that will devastate our nation and bring death and misery to its citizens; or do we make every attempt to deter violence and put the people at rest? We must breathe the fresh air of a legitimate hope and change policy in an attempt to restore the hope that our government will be restored. That our policies will bring about economic recovery and stability, a definite increase in employment opportunities, lower taxes, and establishing the bond of unity between a people that have been so divided against each other. This is the only way that I know of to avoid the much anticipated bloodshed.

Once again, the weight and burden is upon us, the people, to vote the opportunists out of office and to vote those among us into office who share our core values and virtues, and who desire the blessings of God upon our nation and our children to the third and fourth generations of those who believe in Him.
I have presented a peaceable plan of action that will not advance the violence the government is anticipating. As Congressman Paul Ryan was known to say many times, “WE CAN DO THIS!”

A major portion of this text was taken from a speech I gave before a Republican assembly when I ran for Congress in 1986. It was a message out of time, and will undoubtedly have a far greater influence if I were to give it today. Nevertheless, it is a positive message, and while we may make certain statements to point out the actions of those in government, we must refrain from using names and deliberate personal attacks. This is what we all desire, “Tell me what YOU are going to do to make a difference – We already know what the other isn’t doing, or DID!”

I would be more than honored to see the essence of this message being proclaimed by every candidate running for office in 2014, because I believe this message is timely, impossible to contradict or successfully dispute, and I am convinced if it is included in the platform of the New Revitalized Republican Party, the true Party of the People, it will result in many victories for Conservative Christians, Friends of Israel, and people of virtue of all faiths. If called upon, I would be honored to present this message personally before the citizens of your communities. But, it is far more important, of grave importance, to get this message into the hands of those who would be faithful candidates and elected officials for federal office in 2014. If you believe this is the message for today, then spread the word as quickly and with as much energy as you possess. Let this be our charge, the conviction of our hearts, “We must have the majority in the Senate and in the House!”

Thank you and God bless all your efforts and successes.

Rev. Anthony Mucciolo

If anyone missed this and has not yet signed the petition, please read the following and do so now...
and be sure to forward this to everyone you know... we still have over a week to make enough noise to be heard and make this happen...! Depending on what you do right now, "Bozo" may NOT get to "stay" in OUR White House...!

as you know, a president is NOT elected by popular vote; he/she is elected by the Electoral College...
and the College will NOT meet until Dec. 17th, this year. IF just 17 states "withhold" their Electoral College vote, it then falls to the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES (not the senate) to "select" the next president!!

This petition basically, tells your state Senators to advise their state's electors NOT to submit their vote!

We need to DROWN Congress with hundreds of thousands of these fax/petitions - -make OUR voices SO LOUD, we cannot be ignored! So, go there and do it NOW

Teapartypatriotslive is an organization trying to steal the merits of teapartypatriots. I have no ideal why teapartypatriots did not allocate all extensions but apparently they did not and particularly the very common teapartypatriots.com! why? I and everyone else associated with websites no better! if given the opportunity!

PARKERSBURG - A group of voters discussed the possibility of holding a recall vote for the mayor and city council if the proposed user fee is passed tonight.
Also, two candidates for governor addressed voter concerns, including home rule and the issue of user fees.
Around 40 people came to the Judge Black Annex Monday night to get information on the procedure to conduct a recall election of the mayor and city council members who vote in favor tonight of the $2.50-a-week user fee. The Parkersburg Tea Party handed out information regarding the Parkersburg city code on a recall as well as information on the issue of home rule, which has been brought up locally.
Tea Party officials played a recording on YouTube of Parkersburg Mayor Bob Newell, listed on the agenda as "Worst Mayor Movie," at a recent city council meeting talking about the amount of issues put on local government to handle and fund without help from the state as well as how local governments are the first to be blamed for problems and other concerns.
The mayor also talked about the possibility of cutting services and personnel if funding is not available.
Sandy Staats, president of the Parkersburg Tea Party, said if the user fee passes, the Tea Party will hold a press conference Wednesday to announce its intention to organize a recall election.
''I really hope it doesn't pass,'' she said.
Staats encouraged everyone to attend the city council meeting with the Tea Party making T-shirts they will have members wear during the meeting signifying their displeasure with the user fee.
City officials have said the fee is needed to maintain needed services.
''When a city is in financial straits, I think it is time to cut back just like you do in a home,'' Staats said. ''You cut back on other things.''
Staats has said a recall mobilization would be organized by city council districts with petitions circulated calling for the recall of the mayor and any city council member who voted in favor of the user fee. She had also talked about getting people registered to vote while going out looking for petition support. There are still issues she is working on in how to organize a recall vote, she said.
Two conservative candidates who plan to run for governor spoke to those in attendance.
Betty Ireland, former secretary of state, spoke about the need to bring the U.S. Constitution back to the people, how bailouts have hurt the American economy and the increasing unwanted federal control over aspects of people's lives. She also talked about living in Charleston and having to deal with a user fee.
''This is the third year and it started at a dollar a week,'' she said. ''That $1 turned to $2 and there is talk of changing it to $3. I don't know where it is going to end.''
Ireland told people to make sure there is a ceiling on it locally and any change needs to be implemented by a vote of the people. She also advises the people to make sure their leaders spell out exactly how that money will be used.
Mark Sorsala, the Putnam County prosecutor, spoke about being unhappy with the direction the state and the country were heading in and about lawmakers passing laws that are unconstitutional just to see if they can get away with it.
''That really bothered me,'' he said. ''You shouldn't run government that way.
''There are many people in government who have lost sight of what the people expect of them.''
It was not addressed during the meeting, but when asked by The Parkersburg News and Sentinel about the issue of whether rhetoric from the national tea party movements might have prompted a gunman in Arizona to kill people and injure a U.S. congresswoman, Staats said the Parkersburg Tea Party was very saddened by the shooting and continues to pray for those affected.
''We are a very peaceful group,'' she said. ''We have never been violent and have never encouraged any kind of violence and never will as long as I am the director of this tea party.''
Staats criticized those in the media and elected officials who politicized something that was not about politics, she said; it was about a crazed and mentally ill individual who harmed people for his own reasons, she said.
''How can they politicize something like the deaths of six good people, including a 9-year-old girl,'' she asked. ''We are concerned citizens that are trying to make our country better and right now we are starting with Parkersburg.''
http://www.newsandsentinel.com/page/content.detail/id/543170.html

And, from WTAP:
The Parkersburg Tea Party says it has heard different stories about the intent of the $2.50 user fee.
"My understanding was that it was because of St. Joseph's Hospital going non-profit that there was going to be a projected budget defecit," said Tea Party Director Sandy Staats. "Then, about two weeks later, it came out that the money from the user fee would go to police, fire and public works projects."
Mayor Bob Newell says, however, that the intent has always been the same...to replace services which have been reduced in the past two years.
"We have been balancing the budget by not doing things," the mayor says. "The streets are the number one thing we haven't been doing. That user fee is for police, fire and streets."
Mayor Newell will not comment on what the tea party says is a "last resort"...the removal by recall of the mayor and all members of council who have voted for implementing the user fee.
The fee, as ammended, so far, has been passed by an 8-1 vote, with Sharyn Tallman being the only council member to vote against it. That would mean recalling every member of city council except one.
"If that's the way the vote goes," Staats says, "that's what it would mean."
Mayor Newell does say that if the tea party wants change, it would do well to focus on a major reason for the fees...the fact that the West Virginia Legislature won't allow cities to impose a local income tax.
"The root problem they need to address is that, at the state level, the legislature passes the laws that limit the city to these ridiculous fees that we are passing and have passed."
Monday's meeting is set to take place a little more than 24 hours before what is to be council's final vote on the user fee.
Asked if this was a way to influence some members of council who have voted against the user fee to change their votes, Staats answered, "Absloutely."
See any threats?

I have received much recognition for work I have done. On the wall in my office is a plaque from Freedomworks- Sons & Daughters of Liberty award
"For superior service on behalf of the cause of Liberty"

I was also awarded a certificate from Americans for Prosperity. It states: "Americans for Prosperity Hereby Confers the Rank of "Champion of Prosperity" upon Sandy Staats--In Recognition of invaluable contributions to the Americans for Prosperity and for tireless efforts in defending the principles of limited government and individual liberty"

On May 17th, 2011 I received a letter from the Fraternal Order of Police, Blennerhassett Lodge 79, inc., personally thanking me for my help in promoting the 2011 Police Week awards luncheon and memorial service. I attended the ceremony and was treated with the utmost respect by local police.

I have not done this alone. I have all of you who have helped me to thank, and I regret that your names are not also on these awards.

For the record, I am NOT a criminal, as I have been portrayed. Parkersburg Tea Party members have never been violent, and this fact is well known by all who have attended, and by local police.

Now I ask you...Do you see violent tendencies? Have you ever seen any violent tendencies by any members of our Tea Party?

(Please overlook the videos of my grand children's birthdays and family get-togethers.)

God Bless the USA and forgive us our trespassers as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Amen.
