PatriotWatchdog posted an update in the group Sen Kay Hagan Senator Kay Hagan, like Senator Richard Burr, voted for the unconstitutional provisions in the 2012 NDAA. The excuses and explanations by ALL who voted for it fall away when compared to the truth and the facts. If these two U.S. Senators won't acknowledge the error of their ways, and double-down to correct it, this should be their last term. Are they useful idiots, or are we?

Many of you have heard (and/or voiced) concerns over the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (NDAA). Patriot Coalition and Oath Keepers have prepared (and released today) resolutions for state legislators and sheriffs to address this is from the state and local level. Two days ago, Patriot Coalition general counsel Richard D. Fry, a constitutional attorney, and I participated in the TPP state coordinators conference call to discuss the NDAA. The resolutions we discussed are now available here:

http://patriotcoalition.com/docs/NDAA-OK-RES.pdf

http://patriotcoalition.com/docs/NDAA-SHERIFF-RES.pdf

ALSO, Patriot Coalition general counsel Richard Fry is preparing a lawsuit in defense of Roger Ewing, a veteran who heads the ”Big First Tea Party,” a TPP partner in Hays, Kansas, who is being denied use of the taxpayer-funded public library to teach the Constitution because of several stated reasons by the library board of directors and city attorney which are clear violations of state law, library policy, and Mr. Ewing’s 1st Amendment Rights. There’s a bunch of information about this and other efforts on the Patriot Coalition Blog at: http://blog.patriotcoalition.com
