We have become a nation more advanced on the road to state socialism. Not hard to figure out, you push progressive taxes upward to the very limit for the advantage of your party. You lean on the poor and humble; as usual, these believe in the promises made to them; as usual they are deceived, and the yoke will weigh heavier on their shoulders than before. You imply that there will be no more rich and poor, no more upper class vs. lower class, nor big banks or creditors; all things would be held in common. For the time being, we see how flexible and open you remain. Change you can believe in; with increasing arrogance you have become more rigid and more exclusive. The poor and the humble do not suspect in the least that they are betraying themselves and favoring the victory of change in which, after its victory shall be more corrupt than the previous one.

Americans, remember our past. Do not lack the courage to speak out against socialism in its newest form. If you remain silent, your freedom will be the first victim of socialism, and actually they already suffer great injury. I understand your delay to speak up, from fear lest you lose the favors of the government; favors which compensate you. A government leaning toward socialism will favor those who navigate its direction towards this end. Showing the obvious, those who profit from the premiums on its return, and protective duties, etc., and who today parade as the proudest adversaries of America governed by the People for the People…

I invite you to join a fast-growing group of citizens for the Seattle "Stand Up for Religious Freedom Rally", Friday, March 23, 12:00noon to 1:00pm on the plaza of the US District Court building, 7th and Stewart Streets, downtown Seattle.

Similar “Stand Up for Religious Freedom” rallies will take place in, at last count, 103 cities across the nation at noon on March 23rd.

Organizers and rally participants represent a wide variety of faith traditions, nonprofit organizations and businesses - all of which will be directly and deleteriously affected by the federal HHS mandate and its effect of suffocating First Amendment Rights. Like the national outcry against the HHS mandate, this rally is about protection of the Constitution, of First Amendment rights. Rally messages and speakers shall reflect this.

Here are two things on our radar:

First of all, Senate Bill 6286 was introduced by State Senator Adam Kline and a small group of partisans in Olympia to retaliate against Rob McKenna for his decision to challenge the constitutionality of the new federal health care law. This bill would eliminate the ability of our Attorney General to protect the individual liberties of Washington citizens, confining his or her legal discretion only to those issues deemed worthy by the Governor or Legislature.

We encourage you to contact Senator Kline to voice your opposition to this limitation of the protection of our individual rights by the Attorney General.

The other item that has caught our attention is a proposed “Initiative to End Corporate Rights ” in Seattle. This is in an early stage, they are just starting to gather signatures, but it proposes to restrict the rights of Corporations in the City of Seattle. This, despite the recent US Supreme Court ruling in the case “Citizens United” which affirmed the rights of corporations to spend their money as they see fit, including for political speech.(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizens_United_v._Federal_Election_Commission)

This group is proposing things straight from the Karl Marx and Saul Alinski playbooks, like “rights” to housing, preventative healthcare, affordable and renewable energy, ect. See their broader proposed “community bill of rights” here:
