Are we are now a communist dictatorship?

Obama has crossed the line. See executive order he signed Friday:

Under this order, Oscuma can steal any and all resources the government believes is necessary for national defense preparedness, EVEN in peacetime!

Is this not treason, and if it is as I believe, will Rep Tiberi and other members of congress do their sworn duty to defend the Constitution and overturn this treasonous action? If so then I will support them all. If not, then they are complicit in the treason and should be charged along with Obama.
