The Plunger Rebellion, led by Andy Caldwell, are Constitution minded people in the Central Coast of California; Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo, CA. The Plunger Rebellion maintains a comprehensive list of active citizens that can be called on to attend political meetings, write letters, call politicians, and rally for our rights. our last event drew several thousand Tea Partiers.
