No Taxation Without Public Consent

As many of you already know by now, there is absolutely no law stating one must pay an income tax. While “voluntarily” paying taxes may be a good idea, the people must gain a great deal more control of tax revenue use, on both the Federal and local levels. The proposition, is that Americans be able to have complete transparency in budget proposals, and actually be able to vote DIRECTLY on what is important to us, and what must be passed over, (with exception to crucial services). This would eliminate waste, big government, shady politics, a great deal of corporate influence, and make politicians go back to what they are supposed to be doing…. getting their hands out of the cash register, and serving OUR interests.
