a.Minor children are being represented by a lawyer who does not allow the parents to be present when addressing the issues with the minor children.

b. Violations of Hippa laws by the youth facility by obtaining information from local hospitals and schools about minor children only to enforce penaltys which are over and above criteria for the crimes alledged.

c. Accessive punishment for minor issues such as skipping school. Usually a 90 day program but the facility and its staff add time to the childrens sentences for said violations that are unfounded.

2. Civil Rights Violations By Eaton County Courts

a. Addition of years to a persons sentence, after they have been sentenced. While in holding in Jackson a letter from the court siting a clerical error adding 10 years or more to a persons sentence. In most instances the letter is received by Jackson anywhere from 30 to 40 days after sentencing. This practice is common out of Eaton County. The law states you have 7 days from the date of sentencing to correct a sentencing error and this must be done before the judge, with counsel. Not 30 to 40 days later via letter. These individuals do not have contacts or even visitation set up yet and cannot get help from family or friends to get the appeals in within the 45 day limitation. Those who do get them in are faced with Eaton County Judges forwarding on these appeals but changing the reason why the appeal is being sought which in turn gets the appeal thrown out. If you ask to see a persons file at the court who may have this issue the files to those people cannot be located.

b. Using criteria for sentencing that was not apart of a previous sentence, instead was apart of a previous case that was either thrown out or dismissed. This is done for stiffer sentences for select individuals. The sentencing guide lines are not followed case to case.

c. Non effective counsel to obtain convictions by cohersment, lying and strong arm scare tactics. Both used by court appointed counsel and prosicutors. These tactics are used often. Most often to cover up mix ups in the field or by officers or detectives. In one case several people were front row seats to a court appointed lawyer shaking hands with a prosicutor saying pretty good conviction on no evidence.....guilty plea only. Cohersed.

These are harsh allegations. I can back it all up with proof and the voice of a lawyer too who has looked at this in depth.

Everyone who has seen this agrees these are clear violations but no one is wanting to take on a county government. I need someone to step up and make these wrong doings common knowledge and hold them accountable for their miscarriages of justice. I have been everywhere from the judicial tenure commission on down to ACLU. All of which have passed the buck.

I only ask that you take a serious look at what I have told you....look at my proof.
