I’ve been watching with growing concern the behavior of the Republicans in the Senate and wanted to find out from those of you in Kentucky about where things stand in finding a suitable candidate to primary Mitch McConnell when he is up for re-election in 2014. The only things I have been hearing in the mainstream media and the conservative blogs are the real possibility that actress Ashley Judd not only is likely to run but has a real shot at beating McConnell and putting that seat in Democratic hands. All the pundits want to talk about are how McConnell can best fend off this challenge when what should really be discussed is how best to defeat McConnell in the primary process. All he is doing is colluding with House Speaker Boehner to aid and abet the Obama agenda and his recent ”stand with Rand” is clearly an effort to pander and fool us into thinking he is serious about serving his constituents. I hope you feel the same way and have candidates in the works who can provide a true alternative for not just Kentucky but for all American taxpayers.

Anthony Mucciolo posted an update in the group Kentucky Is it Fair? By any stretch of one’s imagination, is it fair that our Congress and the Obama administration try to suck every available dime from Americans while sending multiple billions to nations abroad? Can they possibly convince the most uneducated simpleton in America that they are representing the best interests of our country when they gouge our own people year after year?

How is it that I, a simple minded American, can think of this solution, and the minds of these Harvard and Yale graduates are struggling with answers? Here’s my simple minded solution – If 100 billion dollars is needed – why not inform the 50 + countries that receive our money every year that they will be receiving up to 2 billion dollars less this year because America needs its resources? Is my idea insane? Is my intellect too limited to comprehend the magnitude of the situation?

I’m a Real Estate Broker, and I have become aware that billions of potential dollars are not coming into the treasury from unused and unprofitable government owned real estate. Why are they turning us citizens upside down for a few extra dollars instead of hiring someone to lease and or sell unused and/or unnecessary property holdings? It’s wasteful and unprofitable! They have allocated five million dollars to study goldfish!

I have friends who work at Boeing who marvel at how they charge the government as much as $250-$350 for a wrench and a screw driver!! Government can’t find more than 100 billion dollars - simply can’t account for it – so they want us to make up the losses. Our government is wasting billions and billions of dollars or preventing these monies from coming into the treasury while telling America that everyone needs to pay their fair share. People on welfare and the lower income wage earners pay no taxes at all. But if we did away with the federal income tax and only taxed those items purchased by the public, everyone will have a little skin in the game. By the way, you can find this suggestion in the Federalist Papers written more than 200 years ago. I didn’t go to Harvard or Yale, yet in my lowly intellectual state of mind I can find solutions!

Speaking of taxes – Are real estate agents the only ones who can comprehend that most people can actually afford to pay the mortgage note they signed at closing? For example: Let’s just say that a middle income family obtained a $200,000 mortgage at 5% interest. His mortgage note would be approximately $900 per month for 30 years. But the mortgage company wants an additional 1/12 of the Homeowners insurance and 1/12 of the taxes added to the $900 every month for a total of what could easily be $1500-$1800 per month depending on the taxes. Property taxes continue to rise and mortgage payments continue to escalate until we can no longer afford the payments. We’re losing our homes to the local and state tax man.

Again, am I one of only a few that gets it? Maybe I should start a Political Action Committee and ask people to make donations to help me get into Congress. At least I would fight for lowering the tax rates and increasing revenue by leasing office space, farms, etc. Then again, if my intellect is so low, that may not be a good idea.

Washington is a zoo and we need to work together harder now than we ever have. The 2012 failure of letting Obama get back in is a failure that belongs to all of us. Many got cocky and others got lazy, but what we all got was 4 more years of destruction on this great country. We need to work more in our city, county, district and state to see that we never allow this type of a short fall to occur again. We have to motivate our base and find the core beliefs and desires that can give us the unity and cement that we need to take this country back one city, county and state at a time.

If anyone missed this and has not yet signed the petition, please read the following and do so now...
and be sure to forward this to everyone you know... we still have over a week to make enough noise to be heard and make this happen...! Depending on what you do right now, "Bozo" may NOT get to "stay" in OUR White House...!

as you know, a president is NOT elected by popular vote; he/she is elected by the Electoral College...
and the College will NOT meet until Dec. 17th, this year. IF just 17 states "withhold" their Electoral College vote, it then falls to the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES (not the senate) to "select" the next president!!

This petition basically, tells your state Senators to advise their state's electors NOT to submit their vote!

We need to DROWN Congress with hundreds of thousands of these fax/petitions - -make OUR voices SO LOUD, we cannot be ignored! So, go there and do it NOW

Sign the petition at - http://tinyurl.com/b6jg72x

Time for the Rhetoric to end and the ass kicking of 2010 to be repeated.
