The Honolulu Tea Party
Consists of dozen core people who put together Tax Day rally at State Capitol 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. Formally organized with elected “local coordinator” on November 20, 2010. Group consists of fiscal conservatives, Libertarians, Republicans, elected officials and candidates. Estimated 500 people showed up at rallies at State Capitol. We also participate in Kailua 4th of July parade with dozens of supporters and at Maunalua Bay July 4th Festival.
