How is it that I, a simple minded American, can think of this solution, and the minds of these Harvard and Yale graduates are struggling with answers? Here’s my simple minded solution – If 100 billion dollars is needed – why not inform the 50 + countries that receive our money every year that they will be receiving up to 2 billion dollars less this year because America needs its resources? Is my idea insane? Is my intellect too limited to comprehend the magnitude of the situation?

I’m a Real Estate Broker, and I have become aware that billions of potential dollars are not coming into the treasury from unused and unprofitable government owned real estate. Why are they turning us citizens upside down for a few extra dollars instead of hiring someone to lease and or sell unused and/or unnecessary property holdings? It’s wasteful and unprofitable! They have allocated five million dollars to study goldfish!

I have friends who work at Boeing who marvel at how they charge the government as much as $250-$350 for a wrench and a screw driver!! Government can’t find more than 100 billion dollars - simply can’t account for it – so they want us to make up the losses. Our government is wasting billions and billions of dollars or preventing these monies from coming into the treasury while telling America that everyone needs to pay their fair share. People on welfare and the lower income wage earners pay no taxes at all. But if we did away with the federal income tax and only taxed those items purchased by the public, everyone will have a little skin in the game. By the way, you can find this suggestion in the Federalist Papers written more than 200 years ago. I didn’t go to Harvard or Yale, yet in my lowly intellectual state of mind I can find solutions!

Speaking of taxes – Are real estate agents the only ones who can comprehend that most people can actually afford to pay the mortgage note they signed at closing? For example: Let’s just say that a middle income family obtained a $200,000 mortgage at 5% interest. His mortgage note would be approximately $900 per month for 30 years. But the mortgage company wants an additional 1/12 of the Homeowners insurance and 1/12 of the taxes added to the $900 every month for a total of what could easily be $1500-$1800 per month depending on the taxes. Property taxes continue to rise and mortgage payments continue to escalate until we can no longer afford the payments. We’re losing our homes to the local and state tax man.

Again, am I one of only a few that gets it? Maybe I should start a Political Action Committee and ask people to make donations to help me get into Congress. At least I would fight for lowering the tax rates and increasing revenue by leasing office space, farms, etc. Then again, if my intellect is so low, that may not be a good idea.

and the College will NOT meet until Dec. 17th, this year. IF just 17 states "withhold" their Electoral College vote, it then falls to the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES (not the senate) to "select" the next president!!

It is a time in our nations history that tyranny originating in our Federal Government is a real threat to all our citizens. The prospects for our freedom grow dim as Barack Hussein Obama is about to take his second oath of office. With the help of his radical Democrat Party, the transformation he promised will undoubtedly come to fruition. Obama’s intent is more than obvious to us and others who are attentive to the actions of our Federal Government, specifically to the movement of the Democrat majority in Congress and President to transform our system of government into a Soviet style system of Government. It is only a matter of time when the entire private sector is controlled by our Government. This shift to a centralized, all powerful Federal Government is absolutely contrary to our United States Constitution, individual liberty, and above all, it is a rebuke of our founding father’s dreams of an unobtrusive and limited Government. My plea to all the Patriots throughout our nation is to consider a method described in the United States Constitution to prevent President Obama from taking his Oath of Office for a second term. The source of my discontent and to the surprise and horror of a vast number of US citizens, Barack Hussein Obama was re-elected. My investigations concluded that in fact, HE MAY NOT BE THE PRESIDENT ELECT. Through a Chicago style scheme of stealing votes and other illicit techniques used in the 2012 election, many citizens are aware he won the election with criminal intent and actions. Let me identify the criminal and illegitimate methods Obama and the Democrat Party used. If convinced, it is up to the patriots of our country to pronounce, without any doubt, Mitt Romney is the legitimate President of the United States. Once our nation’s Patriots are heard by the Governors of all our states, it is incumbent upon at least thirty three Governors to employ the method described in our Constitution to prevent Obama from officially assuming the Presidency of the United States.

Aside from the detestable and unpresidential tactics Obama used to win re-election, there appears to be an abundance of proof that he used unlawful methods to attain his goal. In fact, his techniques and those of the Democrat Party were so blatant, it is amazing that a general uprising by our citizens has not occurred. After all, our election process was so seriously damaged in the 2012 election, tyranny is close at hand. This wasn’t the usual graft and corruption that has occurred in past elections. This time, it was a concerted effort to deny the American People a fair election and in some respects, it was a coup by a despotic regime.

There was election fraud nation wide to provide President Barack Hussein Obama an electoral win to be re-elected. The United States Constitution allows for two thirds of our States (33) to withhold their electoral votes in the event of criminal fraud associated in any Presidential election. If 33 states succeed in preventing the electoral votes to be distributed, The House of Representatives shall choose the President of the United States. The responsibility to choose the Vice President of the United States shall go to the United States Senate.( see XII United States Constitutional Amendment. The irregularities, corruption and criminal fraud were evident and widespread in the Presidential Election and mostly involved swing states necessary for President Obama to win re-election. 1. Mitt Romney won all the inconsequential states in his bid to become President. However, President Obama won all swing states with the electoral votes needed to win re-election. Obama did not lose one important swing State. The odds of this happening are astronomical and must be investigated. 2. In the swing states of Arizona and Florida, Ohio and many swing states voting machines switched votes from Mitt Romney to President Obama. Excerpted from WND: We have one last, final chance to save America. We have one last, final chance to stop Barack Obama. One final chance. In conclusion, the mass media never discussed the possibility that voting fraud may have occurred nation wide. For this reason, it incumbent upon the Governors of all fifty states investigate this possibility and if such vote corruption is proved, the Governors of at least 33 states must withhold the electoral votes needed to seat Barack Hussein Obama as the President of the United States and allow the House of Representatives to choose our President. Action to place a hold on the Electoral College must be accomplished before Obama is allowed to take the oath again as the 44th President of the United States.

U.S. citizens that are cognizant of the methods Obama used to be re-elected are well aware he could not run on his achievements. His mischief was focused on the youth of our country, specifically eighteen, nineteen and twenty year old children. His campaign strategy was based on expanding his cult-like personality to the “Dancing With The Stars” crowd. It worked! An overwhelming number of kids of the age of eighteen and up voted for him as if he were a Hollywood idle. I disagree with the XXVII Amendment and I will work diligently with other Patriots to have it repealed. This is another topic to be discussed at a future time. However, this law allows teenagers to vote. Teens are children that only recently graduated from high school and their knowledge of government mechanics is the farthest thing from their minds. To allow children to lead us into tyranny is something we must avoid. As I said, I will speak intensely about this at a later date. Another ploy used by Obama was the most filthy campaign in our history. He lied, distorted truth and deceived the voters concerning Mitt Romney. Obama destroyed Mitt Romney using unprofessional tactics. He clearly did not act presidential during the campaign. Bundling these amateurish methods with voting fraud, Obama was able to win.

I call on all Patriot Tea Party members to contact and influence our governors in any way possible. Alert them to the mass election fraud and do your best to convince at least thirty three Governors to withhold their electoral votes. This may be a work of futility on my part. This Constitutional option may gain no traction at all. The question is, If the Governors are made aware of the massive fraud, are they brave enough to initiate this plausible option. I’ve done my part. Now it is up to others to save our nation from the fraud that would be President.
