Dalhart Area TEA Party
The Dalhart Area TEA Party formed in opposition to the 66 2/3 percent Franchise Tax increase first passed by the Dalhart City Council on October 26, 2010, for Southwestern Public Service Company, dba Excel Energy, and Rita Blanca Electric Cooperative.
Please remember T-E-A in TEA Party means “Taxed Enough Already.â€
