As the gun control battle is alive in the U.S. Senate, more and more Sheriffs across the country have stated they will refuse to enforce any Unconstitutional gun laws. Along with these Sheriffs, many states are also taking action to protect the 2nd Amendment rights for the residents of their states as well.

In Ohio, there has been two pieces of legislation introduced in the Ohio Senate. As introduced by Senator Shirley Smith (D), one version (SB 18), in attempts to infringe on our "right to keep and bear arms," will create a state-wide database of gun and ammunition purchases and will ban the ownership or use of any assault weapon.

Under SB 18, the state-wide data base of gun and ammunition purchases will be maintained by the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and any firearm capable of holding 10 rounds or more will be classified as an assault weapon.
S.B. 18 - Senator Shirley Smith (D)

To amend section 109.52 and to enact sections 109.5731 and 2923.171 of the Revised Code to prohibit a person from knowingly acquiring, possessing, carrying, or using an assault weapon and to require the Attorney General to prepare for the establishment of a firearm and ammunition transactions database. http://www.legislature.state.oh.us/bills.cfm?ID=130_SB_18
In contrast, and in a manner respecting and protecting our Constitutionally protected right to "keep and bear arms," S.B. 36, was introduced by State Senator Kris Jordan (R) and Co-sponsored by Senator Tim Schaffer (R).

If passed, Senate Bill 36 will prohibit the establishment of any firearm registry in Ohio and will prohibit law enforcement agencies and/or international agents from enforcing any firearm registration or firearm ban. Furthermore, SB 36 will protect the immediate rights of citizens lawfully in possession or control of a firearm.

To enact sections 5502.23 and 5502.231 of the Revised Code to prohibit any agency and its employees and agents from seizing or authorizing the seizure of any firearm from any person lawfully in possession or control of the firearm except when a law enforcement officer reasonably believes the immediate seizure of the firearm is necessary for the safety of the officer or another person or to preserve the firearm as evidence, to prohibit the establishment of a firearm registry, and to prohibit law enforcement officers and international agents from enforcing a firearms registration requirement or firearm ban. http://www.legislature.state.oh.us/bills.cfm?ID=130_SB_36

Whereas SB 36 will protect and reaffirm our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, SB 18 will not only infringe upon our 2nd Amendment rights by allowing for the actions of law abiding gun owners to be continually monitored by law enforcement agencies, SB 18 will also allow for the indiscriminate banning of certain currently lawful firearms.

To protect and reaffirm our Second Amendment rights we must embrace Senator Jordan's SB 36 and work to immediately stop Senator Smith's full frontal assault on our Second Amendment rights by defeating SB 18.

Below is a copy of what I sent to Fox. As well as copies to everyone I know. Please take the time to read this as well as forward it to everyone you know. This needs to be public knowledge.

To whom ever that may read this,

My name is Todd Fowler. I understand that your just one of many within another company and everybody has a boss so you can't talk everything you want. However, I beg you to just try and picture my views and opinions from my own studying. Our lives and this nation as an existence is more important than brown nosing anyone because you may or may not believe all or some of the lies and distractions provided by anyone or any group of persons who each have their own views and beliefs they were raised around or place themselves around throughout or at any point of their life. You have to open your mind to fact of something that is only true. Everyone is born not knowing anything. We learn from what we see, hear, touch, smell, and are taught. It's up to each individual to demand the education and thrive for knowledge in life, as well as the knowledge of life. Otherwise we are drones in life and just living for the moment. Bad idea and I'm going to prove it to you. We are all taught by someone, and some teach themselves. We all have our own opinion and views from what we're taught and learn on our own. When each of us explain or teach about anything to anyone else, it is based on the knowledge each of us have developed at that point of our lives. It's up to each of us to thrive each day to learn something new each and everyday. We're all taught in science class in grade school how to teach ourselves how to fine a answer to each and every question we may come across each and everyday. Never trust anyone eases findings(or teachings). Your question is a hypotheses. Gather all the info you can about the subject in question. Only read into the evidence of what was found from the information that was gathered. Form your own option and views. Then go back into the information and read and review at least three different views and opinions. Repeat these steps for any differences of all views.Then compare all views and form a conclusion to create a real option or view from knowledge that is true knowledge. Never trust anything or anyone. Reteach yourself everything.

To start with; It finally happen and is in the eyes of the media now. I see a different problem with it though, and hopefully now you'll see it as well. They're showing you a gun manufacture closing up their doors and fleeing the country due to the new gun laws. All of you seem to be stuck on the fact that we're losing jobs and tax revenue. What do you think all of them that can afford to do so will do?THE SAME! Now what would happen if we only have small mom and pop places left to make them or have the equipment to make them? A person starts a business to make money and to continue making money. Just like every other company that has left us to go elsewhere for many different reasons from regulations or cost alone. When we implement these gun laws, we disarm our country from within and arm whomever offers the best deal. We not only disarm ourselves from a civil war, but WW3 as well, when every nation already lives here, I see this as a huge problem for us as a whole. We're starring at death in the face and you don't see it. Even if you don't believe the fact that we're are already in the process of being annihilated, It's most certainly starring at us. Why do you think the feds are buying 160,000,000,000 bullets to add to the stock pill that already stores enough to supply a 15,000,000 million a year demand. The feds will be armed and the nation will not be towards not only ourselves, but the world. Don't forget you wanted a smaller military as well. You wanted them home, I want them on bases and the boarders. They're our best security and we don't have many left even though the world hates us and wants to wipe us off the map and take our perfect geographical location and take our resources for themselves like they have always wanted all throughout history. You know.... The reason so much blood has already been shed althroughout history. I suggest you learn about and follow your religion very soon the way I explained above. We don't have much longer left here.

I would also like to suggest rallying the people to force FEMA to get prepared and ready for the flooding throughout the impacted areas of blizzard. New Jersey hasn't even plowed everywhere yet and says that there is over 100,000,000 lbs of snow. Even though the number is much higher, just that alone is 11,987,179.49 gal of water. They're getting hit with even more right now as I speak. Wake up people! Stop waiting until after something bad happens in front of you to wake up and act knowledge what is already in front of you.

Now will you please advise all of your shows and programs to start talking about this as well as the violence in each and every city from within the Union and all from around the world. Show the violence and evil in the world and remind them of the consequences for these gun laws. Our lives are at stake here, not just your political or ethical view from what you've been taught. Perhaps after a little time of showing and stressing the fact of the violence in the world you and others might start to see the fact that we're not exempt from the violence. Most importantly the fact that most of the violence is from another religion that like Christianity teaches to kill anyone whom commits blasphemy towards our Father at all cost, even if you lose your life. Which there is a saying that speaks of the Hebrew Nation being led into the gas chambers. They were believing in a lie that they were given hope by. They walked right in!

We are haft way through the door. Embrace and prepare for it. It's far too late to stop what's going to happen. Never forget the morals you have because you believe in there being a God.

If you can't see past the hand that is already being grasp around your neck removing your freedom and rights, then see it for the risk our lives are in. Open your mind on your own! It's a matter of life and death.

It's time to stand as one nation under a God

We, the People are governed by GOD’s Laws and the Laws of Nature and it is His WILL that we live in peace and harmony with all Americans. Men cannot create “Laws” that force compliance over other men therefore all acts of “Legislation” which includes, codes, rules, statutes, ordinances, executive orders, resolutions, joint resolutions, Acts of Congress, bills are not applicable and enforceable unto We, the Sovereign People. (footnote 1) These acts legislation are ONLY applicable to the CORPORATE UNITED STATES, which includes ONLY its territories and possessions and contracted employees. Corporate United States? (footnote 2) Yes our created cooperative governance through legal (not lawful) manipulation has incorporated itself and the location of the headquarters is Washington D.C. Our national Constitution became their corporate charter but they have created corporate meanings of words and phrases of the Constitution not consistent with our Anglo-Saxon Language and not coinciding with our Founding ForeFathers’ intent of the meaning and purpose of our Constitution. So Congress works in a dual capacity 1) has power and authority to pass “Laws” for Americans but must do so in accordance to Constitutional guidelines and limitations and also in accordance to GOD’s Laws and the Laws of Nature and 2) can pass “Legislation” as described above only applicable to the corporate possessions where they have exclusive legislative authority which include but not limited to Guam, Philippine Islands, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, ten square miles of Wash. D.C. buildings and forts.
It is expressly stated in our Constitution that each State shall be guaranteed a Republican form of government (footnote 3). The reason for this form of government is so to insure to all Americans a republican form of life which is of GOD’s WILL. A republican form of life is the way we are supposed to be living here in America and there is ONLY ONE law, GOD’s Law, English Common Law in a republic which states: Americans can do anything they want to as long as they do not infringe on other Americans’ property rights (footnote 4) and must abide to all lawful contracts they enter into (footnote 5). That is it. That is GOD’s WILL of life and is guaranteed by a Republican form of Governance. Now, we must realize that even though we are guaranteed a republican form of governance that guarantees a republican form of life, We, the People, must prove to our State and cooperative (federal) governances that we can be and are responsible enough to live this way. This is, in my opinion one of the reasons why our governances will not honor our constitutionally secured rights endowed to us by our creator. We, the People, here in America have not shown that we are responsible enough to exercise those rights and if we cannot be responsible enough to exercise those rights than we cannot claim to have them. Does this make sense?
In a republican form of governance there is ONLY ONE request from We, the People, requesting of our lower powered (we are the sovereigns) governances in all lawful matters and that is: PROVE THAT YOU HAVE LAWFUL JURISDICTION OVER ME AND/OR ALL AMERICANS. To all Americans, they DO NOT have either personal jurisdiction or subject-matter jurisdiction over US and they never did. Recall the maxim of law stated earlier: that which is created cannot have more power and authority over the creator. Does this not make sense? The executive branch of governance both at state level and federal level know that they do not have jurisdiction over us Americans and it is our responsibility to question ONLY jurisdiction unto the judicial branch of governance not whether an ACT of Congress is constitutional or not because it is constitutional for Congress to “pass legislation” that is applicable to ONLY the corporate United States. Here is a good Example. Recall the recent arguments in court by the State Attorney Generals over the constitutionality of the new Health Care Bill. The wrong argument was brought to court, the Attorney Generals who brought the lawsuits knew the federal government does not have jurisdiction over us Americans and so do the Judges but a judge cannot bring in outside info to a court case, they can only judge what is brought before them. So if the argument is of constitutionality and only of constitutionality the judges have no choice but to say it is constitutional but the right argument would have been “Does the federal government have jurisdiction over Americans such that the new Health Care Bill is lawfully applicable and enforceable upon them? Do you see the difference? Also please make note that in the Constitution it is explicitly expressed on the law making process. A bill must be originated in a house of Congress and it must pass through both houses and then onto the President’s office so he can sign it into Law (footnote 6). A “Bill” is never applicable to Americans because it is not passed as “LAW” i.e. the “Brady Bill” is not applicable to Americans.
In closing I will recap briefly. We, the People are the Sovereigns who hold all the political power of this nation and it is We, the People who created State and Federal governances whom the government personnel work for US as public servants. It is within their job descriptions as outlined in Our Constitutions on how they can and cannot perform. The branches of governance do not have jurisdiction over We, the People, especially the legislative branch and it is up to us, and it is our duty pursuant to Declaration of Independence to keep a check on their actions through questioning proof of jurisdiction. Once jurisdiction is questioned it must be proven before a case in court can continue and all judges know this. It is up to the judicial branch to decide constitutional jurisdiction and all judges by law take a sworn Oath of Office to uphold and abide by Our constitutions and it is our duty to make them aware that when they act outside their duties as prescribed in our Constitutions, they are not immune from prosecution. We must understand that We, the People are Sovereign in respect to our governances and they work for US and the branches of governance do not have jurisdiction over Americans unless we lawfully contract with them.

Governor Kasich's is expected to release his budget on February 4th. Besides outlining a new way to fund schools in Ohio, facing unrelenting pressure from the left, many signs are pointing to the possibility that Governor Kasich may expand Medicaid/Medicare in Ohio as part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

The Greater Cleveland Congregations recently held a rally with over 1,000 attendees in support of expanding Medicaid coverage in Ohio. The Greater Cleveland Congregations is led by Ari Lipman, an award- winning, left wing radical and supporter of Obamacare.

Along with being the brain trust of the Greater Cleveland Congregations, Lipman is also the Executive Director of Ohio Industrial Areas Foundation, a left-wing radical group founded by Saul Alinsky and registered affiliate of the Greater Cleveland Congregations.

I am sending this postcard to express my opposition to Medicaid expansion. The belief that states will benefit from the Medicaid expansion assumes the federal government will provide a 100%, then 90% match for the Medicaid expansion populations. Considering the deep financial issues of the federal government, it is likely this federal contribution to Medicaid will be unfulfilled, and is nothing more than a lure to get states to buy into the Medicaid expansion. Once they do, they can expect that the federal match rate will fall. It's a false lure that will cost states a bundle, especially with the looming immigration reform.
