Anthony Mucciolo posted an update in the group Central Valley Tea Party - Fresno For those who hold out hope for real change, this will be well worth your reading, and sharing. Every member of the New Revitalized Republican Party, and every conservative and libertarian who aspire to run for the Congress and the Senate in 2014 will most likely defeat their counterparts if they adopt all or most of these positions as their platform. The people want us to run a positive campaign – telling them what we stand for, and what we will do to change the future of America – rather than lambasting our opponents.

These are the principles and covenants that WE, a people desirous of a limited federal government, MUST ADVOCATE: For example, what is our “Plan for reducing the tax burden?” Begin with advocating these first 5 positions:

1. financial responsibility and accountability insuring that all investments made with tax payer funds be examined and decided on the basis of a sound business plan, adequate capital investment of its partners and stock holders, and the expectation of long-term success; and further, that all profits, interest, earnings on property and securities from whatsoever source are proportioned back to the states and the taxpayers;
2. demanding and receiving from all nations to whom we provide security, payment for the expenses incurred by our government and its taxpayers to furnish them with our military personnel, equipment, ordinance, and safe quarters while on their lands; and to further insure the paid medical care of all wounded in action both short term and permanent, coupled with a sustainable monthly allowance to support their families, and paying a delegated amount to the families of all killed in action, or as a result of being stationed on their land;
3. imposing work demands upon all prisoners sentenced to incarceration for more than 90 days, to provide for their detention expenses, daily necessities, and to provide for the welfare of their dependents; actions that will greatly diminish the tax burden on the American people;
4. taxation on the purchase and consumption of goods rather than personal or business incomes, a principle supported by Alexander Hamilton in the 14th Federalist paper;
5. eliminate the Department of Education and restore to the states their proper right to exercise full oversight and controls over the education and curricula of all educational institutions within its jurisdictions;

6. restoration of religious expressions and practice without hindrance;
7. the right to bear arms in every city and state in the union for our self protection without unnecessary restraint and limitation, for the purpose of securing our persons and property from both foreign and domestic terrorism and threats; excepting only the right to disarm those who are, or become, members of known and recognized terrorist groups and gangs;
8. the security as before provided for all generations in the Bill of Rights, and a government transparent to, and accountable to, the people and Congress of the United States.
9. that all laws, regulations, taxes, and restrictions imposed on the citizens must be equally obligatory and enforceable on every member and employee of the federal government and its assigns without exception.

These policy positions are firmly embodied in the duties, obligations, and responsibilities inherent in the laws of fiduciary responsibility and trusteeship which was made incumbent upon the federal government when our forefathers “vested” certain cherished financial trusts, invaluable sovereign and sacred rights, and other “treasures” of great value to the states, they placed under its protections; whose duty it is to protect, defend, and secure these certain and valued rights and trusts committed to them and enumerated in the document we refer to as the Constitution of the United States.

Therefore, I submit to the peace-loving people of this district, and this state that no one entrenched in the foxholes of government domination is going to “give back” the rights they have usurped for their own enrichment. IT BECOMES THEREFORE, ENCUMBENT UPON US, the Common People, TO REPLACE those in the Congress and Senate who have not left their secure foxholes, have not condemned the usurpation of the people’s rights and liberties, have not attempted to restrain the appropriation of additional powers from the states, and have not taken steps to limit the powers of the government, nor have begun to initiate action to restore our sacred rights, even those who have enriched themselves at the expense of the governed.

Of particular mention, we must examine the record of those who profess themselves to be conservative Republicans, and determine if they have STOOD THEIR GROUND in DEFIANCE of these illegal and unconstitutional acts, or caved in to the demands of this administration to further encroach upon and usurp our rights; and if it be determined they have not stood their ground in defense of the sacred trust committed to their keeping, THEY MUST, of NECESSITY, ALSO BE RESPLACED.

I am advocating for the election of individuals committed to supporting and defending the principles and the sacred confidence originally vested by our forefathers in the federal government: individuals who will engage in a strong, determined, yet peaceable means of restoring our government to its proper place of strength in matters foreign and domestic.

Of grave importance, they must immediately begin to create a stable environment aimed at alleviating the fears of the electorate who have begun to question the government’s loyalty to uphold the sacred fiduciary trust delegated to it by the people.

It is reported that our government is preparing the military and police for a national revolt. If this is true, I submit that the fear and apprehension within the hearts of Americans losing hope of a bright and successful future for themselves and their children is well documented by the administration. Otherwise, why the preparation? But should a government wary of revolt prepare to kill its own citizens instead of making the changes necessary to promote the peace and general welfare of its citizens? Is our government going to mimic the insufferable tragedies upon us that King Assad of Syria, is waging against his own people -choosing to kill his own people rather than give way to progressive change? Is this the future we envision for ourselves and our loved ones?

Revolution may be at our doorsteps, but do we welcome it? Do we support an uprising that will devastate our nation and bring death and misery to its citizens; or do we make every attempt to deter violence and put the people at rest? We must breathe the fresh air of a legitimate hope and change policy in an attempt to restore the hope that our government will be restored. That our policies will bring about economic recovery and stability, a definite increase in employment opportunities, lower taxes, and establishing the bond of unity between a people that have been so divided against each other. This is the only way that I know of to avoid the much anticipated bloodshed.

Once again, the weight and burden is upon us, the people, to vote the opportunists out of office and to vote those among us into office who share our core values and virtues, and who desire the blessings of God upon our nation and our children to the third and fourth generations of those who believe in Him.

I have presented a peaceable plan of action that will not advance the violence the government is anticipating. As Congressman Paul Ryan was known to say many times, “WE CAN DO THIS!”

A major portion of this text was taken from a speech I gave before a Republican assembly when I ran for Congress in 1986. It was a message out of time, and will undoubtedly have a far greater influence if I were to give it today. Nevertheless, it is a positive message, and while we may make certain statements to point out the actions of those in government, we must refrain from using names and deliberate personal attacks. This is what we all desire, “Tell me what YOU are going to do to make a difference – We already know what the other isn’t doing, or DID!”

I would be more than honored to see the essence of this message being proclaimed by every candidate running for office in 2014, because I believe this message is timely, impossible to contradict or successfully dispute, and I am convinced if it is included in the platform of the New Revitalized Republican Party, the true Party of the People, it will result in many victories for Conservative Christians, Friends of Israel, and people of virtue of all faiths. If called upon, I would be honored to present this message personally before the citizens of your communities. But, it is far more important, of grave importance, to get this message into the hands of those who would be faithful candidates and elected officials for federal office in 2014. If you believe this is the message for today, then spread the word as quickly and with as much energy as you possess.

Let this be our charge, the conviction of our hearts, “We must have the majority in the Senate and in the House!”

Thank you and God bless all your efforts and successes.

Rev. Anthony Mucciolo

Anthony Mucciolo posted an update in the group Central Valley Tea Party - Fresno Every argument that I have heard and/or read concerning the Constitution of the United States never includes the most important aspect of the Document. “They should stick to the letter of the Constitution!” seems to be heard the loudest. Unfortunately, it was this argument that has given us multitudes of Supreme Court and Circuit Court opinions on “the letter of the Constitution.” Another argument in the majority calls on the Federalist papers and the recorded arguments of the Founders before and after the First Constitutional Convention in an attempt to establish the Founders’ vision. These arguments may be plausible, but haven’t had the strength to change the convictions of these same judges. Something is wrong, and if the Republicans, Conservatives and Libertarians don’t come to grips with the real issues, the Democrats are going to sweep the elections in 2014, if Obama has anything to do with it – and he will. So what is the main issue?
The states “cherished” their autonomous and sovereign rights which were the spoils of war they acquired when they defeated England. Furthermore, history tells us the states were not willing to “give up”, “transfer” or “trade” their sovereign rights to another state, foreign government, or domestic entity. The states alleged their sovereignty was a gift from Almighty God and was beyond price; a precious gift that was worthy of defending to the death. Therefore, when they agreed to “vest” some of their sovereign powers in a central government – they created a written Document, the Constitution of the United States, within which they enumerated specific and limited powers they would “trust” to a central government to act on behalf of the states. This federal government, upon receiving in hand certain and “precious rights” from the states, was endowed with a fiduciary duty, and responsible accountability to the states. This limited trust imposed upon the Federal government and its agents a lawful fiduciary responsibility and duty, to, above all things, uphold, support, protect, and defend this sacred trust. For those who may be unaware, a fiduciary is bound by common law to ALWAYS, take responsible actions, including the planning and adoption of practices and procedures, maintaining records, especially of financial accountability, and invest, with prudence and foresight, so as to ONLY BENEFIT THE TRUST, NOT THEMSELVES. The fiduciary, as stated in the Constitution, is entitled to COMPENSATION for their trustworthy efforts. The laws of fiduciary responsibility are very clear – the trustee is not permitted by law to use the trust for their own advantage. Every decision they make MUST benefit the one who entrusted them with their valuable assets.
This is the argument, the platform, that every Republican and Libertarian MUST BUILD ON and convince the people they understand the sacred trust that empowers the federal government, that they intend to restore all rights usurped by the federal government back to the states, and they must further convince the American people that they have sacred, unalienable rights, what they are, how they have been robbed of their valuable assets, and that when they swear to uphold, protect, and defend, their sacred trust, the Constitution of the United States, that they will be making an oath before God to fulfill their responsibilities. What will the fools do? They will make light of the people’s rights, try to convince them they have their best interests at heart, but the successful candidate will be able to SUBSTANTIATE the TRUTH.

Trying to demonize Obama or another Democrat will result in defeat! The message must be intelligent but simple considering the education of the majority has been deliberately diminished.
Please forward this to every Republican, Independent, Libertarian, Conservative etc who intends to run for office in 2014. When the people learn what their God-given rights are, how they were manipulated and cheated into surrendering those rights, THEY WILL WANT THEM BACK! And we have to fulfill our promise to return them.

I had to throw in my lot for the purpose of returning to "The proper use of Government".
How did we get so far off from people rights not coming from a King a government or a majority.
But from God....The source determines the use...

Inland Empire Patriots posted an update in the group Central Valley Tea Party - Fresno Hello, Brad--

I'm putting the letter up on as many sites as I can, but I see you are in the Porterville area. My parents (both alive and in their 80s) grew up in Porterville. Here's the letter again. I hope you will participate.

Dear Patriots,

I am contacting as many TEA and patriot groups as possible to invite them to join us for a massive Patriot Day rally. Now this one will be slightly different. Why? Because while we will all meet on the same day (9/11) and at the same time (4:30-6:30), each group is meeting at their chosen venue. Those of us who live from LA to San Bernardino along the Route 66 corridor, (i.e. Colorado Blvd, Foothill, Alosta, etc), will have one contiguous rally there. We are coordinating patriot groups from Redding to San Diego county, and as far east as Phoenix. If we get enough commitments from enough groups, we will be able to get mass media publicity, which will increase our numbers exponentially.
The reason for the rally is obvious. We are seeking a strong show of unity and resolve in the face of this present corrupt and injudicious administration. The leftist media would have us believe that, despite the failings of the administration, the reelection of Barak Obama is inevitable.
Imagine driving home from work on 9/11 and being greeted by more than one, Flag-waving, America-loving patriot group? Urge everyone to put Old Glory in the back seat on the way to work. After work, find a group, jump out and join us. Sounds like fun, doesn't it? It will encourage our compatriots, and strike fear into the hearts of our many detractors.

If you have someone in your group who enjoys planning such things, please pass this on to them. I promise this will be easy--
1) pick a venue
2) send a blast email out to everyone in your group with the particulars (9/11, 4:30, etc.)
3) forward the email I will send in August, and again in early September (forward questions to me)
4) show up and wave that flag!!

I hope to hear from you soon,

We, California members of Sarah Palin's Earthquake Grassroots Movement, are asking you to unite with us in our efforts to draft former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as a write-in candidate in our great State. Please join the many Independents, Democrats, Conservatives who neglected their party affiliation, joined the GOP to support and put faith in the Governor to unite and lead our nation back to the strong America that it was. It is not too late. The filing deadline for a write-in candidacy in our state is May 15, 2012.

President Obama in 2008 promised to usher in an era of hope and change. Yet the country's mood right now is gloomy and pessimistic.101% debt-to-GDP ratio. $5 gas price at the pump. High unemployment rate. Unresolved housing crisis. More people on food stamps than ever. Businesses closing shop. If there is a state that understands the pain of these problem, it IS California.

We need a new leadership and "the challenge is not simply to replace Obama in 2012 but the real challenge is who and what we will replace him with." We need someone who will bring sudden and relentless reform to Washington. We need a leader with an incorruptible character and a steel spine to dismantle crony capitalism and the permanent political class in our nation's capital.

Unfortunately, in this year's primary election, the GOP frontrunner is a deeply flawed, weak, flip-flopping, can't-connect-with-a-Joe-six-pack, stiff liberal guy from Massachusetts whose core convictions are as solid as jello: Mitt Romney. The other candidates are now dropping hints or are making behind-closed doors deals with the Romney team to save their own political aspirations.

Mitt Romney's campaign has recently confirmed that his "severe conservatism" can be easily shaken and erased like an Etch-A-Sketch. With his shifting positions on issues depending on who he is running against, how can he be trusted to keep his campaign pledge to repeal Obamacare? How much would it take him for him to shake off his election promises when they no longer serve him politically?

Mitt Romney is well ahead in this race, thanks to his six years of non-stop campaigning for the presidency and the unabashed support of the GOP establishment. The Republican Party has been very clear in their support of the former Massachusetts governor, openly advocating voters and delegates to get behind him.

Mitt Romney cannot be trusted. California deserves better. America can do better.

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has always said that she does not need a title to make a difference. Last October, she announced that she would not be seeking the GOP nomination for the Presidency in this year's election. Indeed, great leaders are those who are reluctant to serve, who seek neither power nor title to do good. They are CALLED to serve. Just as our past presidents George Washington and Dwight Eisenhower resisted the encouragements for them to run for office, they eventually stepped up to the plate and served our country well and honorably. Please let Sarah Palin know that she is now being CALLED to serve.

This is the most consequential election in our time. Another four years will seal the president’s disastrous fundamental transformation of America. The difference between Sarah Palin and Barack Obama and their records cannot be starker.

Sarah Palin gave Alaska a surplus of $14B, earning the last frontier state a Triple A credit rating. Barack Obama has added $4.939T to our national debt since he took office and gave us a credit rating downgrade for the first time in history. Sarah Palin took on the corrupt system and signed the most sweeping ethics reform in Alaska. We are yet to see a single "greedy fat cat", as Barack Obama likes to call those who were responsible for our country's financial meltdown, be brought to justice. Yet these are the same people who grace this administration's fundraising events, donating big bucks to his $1B reelection war chest. Sarah Palin believes in American’s work ethic and independent spirit that we are free and able to achieve anything. Barack Obama believes that you cannot succeed without government’s help, thus his policies are to increase more cradle-to-grave, unsustainable, unfunded social programs. Sarah Palin looks to our Constitution as the ultimate compass in governing. Barack Obama sees it as a living document subject to change according to his whim and his political convenience.

California has the power to lift this cloud of malaise and pessimism brought about by President Obama. Do not allow the GOP establishment to stifle our voice. On June 5, 2012, WE will have the chance to set things right. Make our vote count. Write Sarah Palin in.

Please sign our petition and let Sarah Palin know that her leadership is badly needed in Washington. Go to http://www.gopetition.com/petitions/california-draft-sarah-palin-as-a-write-in-candidate.html, let her know that you will fight alongside her in putting our country in the right track. Let her know that she has the grassroots support to defeat Barack Obama and his socialist agenda. She's always had our backs, it is time to let her know that we've got hers.

Thank you for your support and please remember, it is not too late. A win for Sarah Palin in California will take the nomination to Tampa at the GOP Convention where she rightfully be chosen to represent “We the People” and the United States of America!

God Bless Us All, God Bless America,

She specifically talk about the Tea Party People to rise up and demand the best from our government. Here it is for you to listen and from a Tea Party Patriot, I would love to hear what you think because I feel that We the People really needs to do something to right our country.

Erwin66 posted an update in the group Central Valley Tea Party - Fresno Here is Sarah Palin’s Five Point Plan, from her speech at the Tea Party America Rally in Indianapolis, IA, Saturday, September 3, 2011.
1st
Let’s enforce the 10th Amendment! Devolve powers back locally where the founders intended them to be.
2nd
We must repeal Obamacare and reign in burdensome regulations that are a boot on our neck. Let the private sector breathe and grow.
3rd
We must prioritize and cut. Cancel unused stimulus funds and have that come to Jesus moment where we own up to the debt challenge that is entitlement reform. The status quo is no longer an option. Entitlement reform is our duty now and it must be done I n a way that honors our commitment to our esteemed elders today while keeping faith with future generations.
4th
It is time for America to become the energy super power. The real stimulus that we?ve been waiting for is robust and responsible domestic energy production. We have the resources. Affordable secure energy is the key to any thriving economy and it must be our foundation. Drill here, drill now, let the refineries and the pipelines be built stop kowtowing to foreign countries and dictators? We need to move on tapping our own God given resources that are part of our reserve. I promise you this will bring real job growth. There are enough?projects just waiting in the wings, waiting for government approval that could create more than a million high paying jobs all across the US and this is true stimulus. America?s economic revival starts with America?s energy revival.
5th
To make America the most attractive and competitive place to do business, to set up shop here, and hire people here, to attract capital from all over the globe that will lead to an explosion of growth instead of chasing industry offshore. I propose to eliminate all corporate income tax, and hear me out on this?this is how we create millions of high paying jobs, this is how we increase opportunity and prosperity for all. But here?s the best part to balance out any loss from this tax cut we eliminate corporate welfare and all the loopholes and we eliminate bailouts.
This is how we break the back of crony capitalism because it feeds off corporate welfare which is just socialism for the very rich. We can change all of that. The message then to job creating corporations is that ?yeah we?ll unshackle you from the world?s highest taxes, but you stand or fall on your own just like all the rest of us out on Main Street.
Let us seek that hand once more?We will fight for freedom, we will fight for America. We are at the tipping point. United we must stand and we shall nobly save, not meanly lose this last best hope on Earth!
