OK, here’s the skinny on what Obama is doing with the economy right now. This of coarse is my own theory and not proven to be true but makes some sense.

Obama is flooding the economy with cash printed by the feds and borrowing. This lowers interest rates you have to pay to the banks and is the reason stock prices are soaring and doing well. Of coarse this way of fixing the economy is just another BILL CLINTON shortcut that will eventually crash the economy again.

#1 The borrowed and printed money being tossed into the economy is just the altered republican “TRICKLE DOWN” ideology giving more money to the 1% percentors hoping they will use the money to create jobs. Some jobs are being created but not enough because there still are a lot of jobs being lost. The difference between the democratic and republican trickle down strategies is the democrats are printing and borrowing more money to be trickled down which is dangerous and will create boat loads of debt. The republican trickle down strategy lowers taxes on existing money letting the rich keep more money so they can hire more people.

#2 The way the democrats plan to get some of this money back they are borrowing and printing is to push for higher taxes on “Capital Gains” (profits made on money invested in the stock market). The democrats are giving the rich crap loads of money pushing the stock market up to unbelievable levels then they will bring back the issue of the rich only paying 15% on their stock market earnings while employees are paying 35% on their pay. Warren Buffet is making a killing right now in the stock market and on his investments!. The democrats will push this issue of inequality in taxes on income to try to get maximum support for a congressional bill that will raise taxes on investment income which the left wants really bad. Then the democrats will quit printing and borrowing money leaving the U.S. with a mountain of debt that can never be paid back. The U.S will be paying China 750 billion dollars a year in interest payments for ever with no paydown of the original borrowed money.

This is only theory right now but but if looks could tell the truth the way this scenario looks is telling the truth and this pail holds water. The democrats may be pumping up the very wealthy with borrowed money in an attempt to piss off people so they will support a congressional bill that will tax the wealthy big time. Study this theory and decide for yourself. The destruction to the U.S. can never be fixed if the democrats get away with this massive borrowing and printing of new money.

P.S. The massive spending the IRS and other government agencies are doing on conferences is probably an underground tunnel so to speak for getting all this newly printed and borrowed money out into the economy so it will go into the pockets of the wealthy so the democrats can push for higher taxes on investment incomes. If people start looking for these underground tunnels public and private in which the Obama administration if funneling all this newly printed and borrowed money into the economy through we can cut Obamas balls off and return the economy back to its normal output and only giving aid to those people that Obama and his cronies hurt. Always remember, “Bill Clinton Took The Shortcut Of Giving Home Loans To Illegal Aliens And Kept The Borders Open To Boost The Economy”. This caused the 2008 housing and economic collapse. Home values will never return to those high levels again without massive immigration. Massive immigration lowers pay, kills jobs and creates massive poverty then crashes the economy and there’s no way to stop the economy from crashing again and again giving the government total control of everything, “COMMUNISM!”. Bill Clinton and the democrats should be made financially re-emburst the millions of people that lost their homes and jobs due to their push to get to a global communist state.

Ken and Joe both male construction workers from Boston wanted to build a home (not construction) for each other. Both went to the their home town court house and entered into a legal “Civil Union” as is installed for homos with mental birth defects and is the accepted coarse of action by society. Ken and Joe are now “UNIONIZED” and can receive all the benefits of a normal married (married meaning a normal legal relationship between one man and one women) couple.

I do not support allowing couples that are “Unionized” to have and raise children. Children cannot be subjected to indoctrination by homos and taught that homosexuality is normal. Marraige

The DREAM Act would give NYS funded financial aid to illegals attending college here. They are upset that the current national amnesty bill still makes any current illegal wait 5 years to qualify for state funded tuition assistance.

If this outrages you as much as it does me then join me in a counter-protest.

I will do this counter protest if I can get even one other person to join me.

I've done these anti-amnesty counter-protests before and know from experience that even the smallest group can make a difference. The press will be out in force to cover the dreamer crowd and they will usually give some mention of our opposite view provided we are there to provide it.

I will be driving to Albany from NYC early morning of 5/21 and will be glad to give you a lift if you are along the way. I also have signs if you don't have them.

ORAL HEARINGS ARE NOW SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13 - 9.30AM

If you are planning to attend the oral arguments now set for 9:30am, Wednesday March 13, 2013 at the Albany Court House, we ask you to be well-dressed and respectful of the proceedings. There are no banners or signs permitted in the Court House and there can be no films or recordings of the proceedings without advance permission from the Judge.

If people want to gather outside the Court House, we would request a Silent Vigil. Perhaps a group of you will feel to organize this, (we do not have the time to do this with the demands of the case), as people are expressing interest in coming to Albany. In addition to our U.S. and N.Y. State flags, if there are signs used, we ask that ALL of them convey a single message: OBEY THE CONSTITUTION.

On March 7, Plaintiff Schulz motioned the Court by letter, requesting 24 hours to submit a written response to the State's Reply on the Order to Show Cause, which is expected end of day Monday, March 11, 2013. Schulz also requested an oral hearing for Wednesday, March 13, 2013 given the fact that the majority of provisions in the NY Safe Act go into effect on Thursday, March, 14, 2013. Without that request, the Judge would likely have made the decision based on the written submissions.

There is to be a meeting with the Court to determine how best to communicate with the Plaintiffs involved with this case. We are working to put all Plaintiffs who have email addresses onto a CD which the Court and we can use for electronic filing and sending of all briefs and communiques.

It would be very helpful if someone from each County would step up now to be the "Plaintiff Leader." This person will be responsible for contacting all the Plaintiffs in their area, making sure they are kept informed and acting as the main point of contact between us and your County.

Please email honoramerica@gmail.com if you are willing to volunteer to be the Plaintiff Leader. Be sure to tell me your County. Lewis County and Jefferson County are already underway with this process. In both cases, the Plaintiff Leader is the ongoing WTP-NY County Coordinator in those areas.

On Saturday, February 23rd Upstate Conservative Coalition hosted Saratoga Grassroots Activist Training at the Malta Community Center for 40 patriot attendees. The event was sponsored and underwritten in a very large part by the national Tea Party Patriots organization, with professional conservative speakers from the Leadership Institute. The all day program focused on grassroots lobbying, building coalitions, recruiting and motivating volunteers, the role of social media in online activism, and developing & promoting a conservative message.

The Leadership Institute speakers had all worked in previous Republican campaigns and brought their knowledge and experiences to the group. The team was led by LI Director of Grassroots Coalitions Paulo Sibaja who was Deputy Coalitions Director for Mitt Romney’s Colorado campaign and New Mexico Director of Hispanic Outreach for the Republican National Committee. Paulo was joined by New Hampshire’s GOP Victory Director Brennan Ward as well as Rick Santorum’s sole Iowa Field Director Jake Braunger. All brought their political insights and campaign stories to their presentations.

The event was also attended by Tea Party Patriots eastern and central regional coordinators Diana Reimer and Gregg Cummings, respectively. Diana spoke briefly to group; thanking everyone for sharing their time in support of the conservative movement and explained the efforts and support the national TPP organization offers local groups. The Tea Party Patriots mission is to attract, educate, organize and mobilize citizens to secure public policy for fiscal responsibility, constitutionally limited government and free markets. TPP funded all expenses of the Leadership Institute.

While most attendees traveled from the greater Capital District, Michael Marriam traveled the four hours from Rochester. He commented, “I appreciate your hospitality and the work everyone did to put on the training. You are fortunate to have the community center in Malta. Everyone I met was very friendly and passionate about their causes. I look forward to working with UCC and Tea Party Patriots to do what it takes to restore our civil rights and bring government under control in NYS.”

Michael was no alone in his event approval, Lorraine Morano of Clintondale said, “I enjoyed the food, the information, the other attendees as well as the trainers. Thank you again for making it a fantastic experience.” Attendee David Buchyn of Wilton added, “Everything was fine. Of course all day sitting down listening to lectures can get a little tiring. Location was great for me. Centrally located in Saratoga County. Food and refreshments were more than we deserved. All three speakers were professional and interesting.”

UCC members Wilma Koss and Stacey Fenton handled the daylong refreshments and luncheon for all the attendees. Lorraine shared her feeling of the event hospitality, “Good hosts? That's an understatement. I was recently an attendee at the Association of Towns in NYC. While there, we were invited back to the hospitality suite for lunch. They could NOT compare to what your people put out.” This sentiment was echoed by Ghent resident Lois Dysard, “You were wonderful hosts. The breakfast choices were very nice and lunch was good; it was your own fault if you were hungry.”

The event team was headed by Rick Gutheil and Reimund Manneck, Teddi Smith handled the registration, and Wilma & Stacey were responsible for the food arrangements. The attendees are all looking to put their new knowledge to work for the conservative cause.

The goal of community outreach by Capital District Political Action Network is to mutually grow and develop our grassroots organization through partnerships with like minded conservative groups in the community based on our core traditional values.

Target Community Groups

•Local Seniors Every town and municipality offers and supports senior groups, many with their own dedicated centers. Members of the “greatest generation”, these people are very patriotic and the keepers of traditional values that have been lost in later generations.
•Youth Groups The next generation is being saddled with the debt and mistakes of our generations and will suffer the loss of personal liberties if we allow our governments to continue to erode our rights as citizens. These groups include 4H, Scouts, church youth groups, and Young Republicans.
•Church Groups Probably the most traditional groups we can reach out to in our communities, Bible studies, Rosary societies, church youth groups, and church auxiliaries should welcome our message. The government is actively eroding the church’s role in our society and impacting our fundamental freedoms of religion.
•Charities Service to the community with support of local charities is a demonstration of our core traditional values. Though conservatives are more generous to charities and the poor, we have been painted as cold, heartless individuals only concerned with accumulating wealth which must be reversed.
•Other Groups Other groups would include sportsman (fish & game) clubs, granges & farm groups, women’s business groups, veterans and so many more associations in our communities. We need to reach out to as many as possible to build relationships and future support.
•Regional Effort Although the primary grassroots organizations of CDPAN are based in Saratoga County, our efforts must reach out regionally to the seven county area of the Greater Capital District and beyond.

“Make Friends by Being a Friend”

•Reach Out with Education There has to be a reason for our outreach to other groups in the community. Most groups have to have an agenda and welcome the presentations of guest speakers for the education and as a motivation for members to attend. We need to make a occasion to present ourselves to others’
•Teach Others of the Constitution The Constitution is a great topic for lecturing because it is one of our core values that we all know and is not socially controversial. We all have a basic understanding of the Constitution, but first we have to become better informed and study the Constitution ourselves so we can speak with authority. We will develop PowerPoint presentations of the principals of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, illuminate our lectures with interesting trivia, and engage in discussion of how the Constitution has been subverted by Progressives. A group of CDPAN members will be educated on the Constitution and trained in public speaking.
•Modify the Message Once a core presentation has been created then we can modify the presentation to fit the audience. While the presentation may be simplified for youth groups, a more focused presentation of “God and the Constitution” could be offered to church groups.
•Change the Message Once the initial Constitution program is developed then other topics can be developed such as Agenda 21 & property rights, or 2nd Amendment gun rights . These programs might be used for property owners, farmers and sportsman groups.
• An Offering of Friendship We will be the guest of these other community groups. When visiting a friend a good guest will typically bring an offering of food or a bottle of wine. Unless it is sacramental wine for a church group we may be better off bringing an offering of food. While many of our members may not be able to lecture in front of a group, they may be great cooks and can prepare a wonderful pot of soup or bake a loaf of fresh bread to be shared with our new friends at the senior center or with a Bible study group. Cookies, cakes or other treats would be great for youth groups and others. This is a warmer, more personal approach to making new friends of our neighbors. There is a role for everybody in this community outreach.
•Assist with Their Goals Another approach to community groups is to facilitate their goals. Help out with their fundraisers by promoting their events amongst our members and lending hands-on support. Or lend a hand with repairing or building their facility by picking up a paint brush or swinging a hammer. Again, we can tap the wealth of talent amongst our memberships, and keep them involved by building together. The goal is to build friendships that will be there when we call.

“Good Times”

Outreach should not be limited to education and community volunteerism. Everybody needs a break and enjoyment with friends. This is true for our members and our new friends, so a number of events can be planned just for the social fun of it.

•Popcorn & Patriots There are several services that will allow access to quality films, many with traditional values, that can be enjoyed in groups. These outings can be arranged at local theaters or halls of our choosing. Pass the popcorn.
•Summertime Sundae Socials What’s better on a hot summer day than a dish of ice cream topped with syrup, whipped cream and a cherry. A simple event to gather families together.
•We All Need to Laugh We can share a laugh together by organizing comedy nights with conservative comedians at a local venue. A reasonable fee would be charged to cover talent costs but afford us all an opportunity to get out an relax together.
•Summertime Picnics Using local church facilities or parks, host a picnic with hot dogs and hamburgers, salads, lemonade and cake to sit back enjoy summer and each other’s company.
