Anthony Mucciolo posted an update in the group Alaska Is it Fair? By any stretch of one’s imagination, is it fair that our Congress and the Obama administration try to suck every available dime from Americans while sending multiple billions to nations abroad? Can they possibly convince the most uneducated simpleton in America that they are representing the best interests of our country when they gouge our own people year after year?

How is it that I, a simple minded American, can think of this solution, and the minds of these Harvard and Yale graduates are struggling with answers? Here’s my simple minded solution – If 100 billion dollars is needed – why not inform the 50 + countries that receive our money every year that they will be receiving up to 2 billion dollars less this year because America needs its resources? Is my idea insane? Is my intellect too limited to comprehend the magnitude of the situation?

I’m a Real Estate Broker, and I have become aware that billions of potential dollars are not coming into the treasury from unused and unprofitable government owned real estate. Why are they turning us citizens upside down for a few extra dollars instead of hiring someone to lease and or sell unused and/or unnecessary property holdings? It’s wasteful and unprofitable! They have allocated five million dollars to study goldfish!

I have friends who work at Boeing who marvel at how they charge the government as much as $250-$350 for a wrench and a screw driver!! Government can’t find more than 100 billion dollars - simply can’t account for it – so they want us to make up the losses. Our government is wasting billions and billions of dollars or preventing these monies from coming into the treasury while telling America that everyone needs to pay their fair share. People on welfare and the lower income wage earners pay no taxes at all. But if we did away with the federal income tax and only taxed those items purchased by the public, everyone will have a little skin in the game. By the way, you can find this suggestion in the Federalist Papers written more than 200 years ago. I didn’t go to Harvard or Yale, yet in my lowly intellectual state of mind I can find solutions!

Speaking of taxes – Are real estate agents the only ones who can comprehend that most people can actually afford to pay the mortgage note they signed at closing? For example: Let’s just say that a middle income family obtained a $200,000 mortgage at 5% interest. His mortgage note would be approximately $900 per month for 30 years. But the mortgage company wants an additional 1/12 of the Homeowners insurance and 1/12 of the taxes added to the $900 every month for a total of what could easily be $1500-$1800 per month depending on the taxes. Property taxes continue to rise and mortgage payments continue to escalate until we can no longer afford the payments. We’re losing our homes to the local and state tax man.

Again, am I one of only a few that gets it? Maybe I should start a Political Action Committee and ask people to make donations to help me get into Congress. At least I would fight for lowering the tax rates and increasing revenue by leasing office space, farms, etc. Then again, if my intellect is so low, that may not be a good idea.

Anthony Mucciolo posted an update in the group Alaska Every argument that I have heard and/or read concerning the Constitution of the United States never includes the most important aspect of the Document. “They should stick to the letter of the Constitution!” seems to be heard the loudest. Unfortunately, it was this argument that has given us multitudes of Supreme Court and Circuit Court opinions on “the letter of the Constitution.” Another argument in the majority calls on the Federalist papers and the recorded arguments of the Founders before and after the First Constitutional Convention in an attempt to establish the Founders’ vision. These arguments may be plausible, but haven’t had the strength to change the convictions of these same judges. Something is wrong, and if the Republicans, Conservatives and Libertarians don’t come to grips with the real issues, the Democrats are going to sweep the elections in 2014, if Obama has anything to do with it – and he will. So what is the main issue?
The states “cherished” their autonomous and sovereign rights which were the spoils of war they acquired when they defeated England. Furthermore, history tells us the states were not willing to “give up”, “transfer” or “trade” their sovereign rights to another state, foreign government, or domestic entity. The states alleged their sovereignty was a gift from Almighty God and was beyond price; a precious gift that was worthy of defending to the death. Therefore, when they agreed to “vest” some of their sovereign powers in a central government – they created a written Document, the Constitution of the United States, within which they enumerated specific and limited powers they would “trust” to a central government to act on behalf of the states. This federal government, upon receiving in hand certain and “precious rights” from the states, was endowed with a fiduciary duty, and responsible accountability to the states. This limited trust imposed upon the Federal government and its agents a lawful fiduciary responsibility and duty, to, above all things, uphold, support, protect, and defend this sacred trust. For those who may be unaware, a fiduciary is bound by common law to ALWAYS, take responsible actions, including the planning and adoption of practices and procedures, maintaining records, especially of financial accountability, and invest, with prudence and foresight, so as to ONLY BENEFIT THE TRUST, NOT THEMSELVES. The fiduciary, as stated in the Constitution, is entitled to COMPENSATION for their trustworthy efforts. The laws of fiduciary responsibility are very clear – the trustee is not permitted by law to use the trust for their own advantage. Every decision they make MUST benefit the one who entrusted them with their valuable assets.
This is the argument, the platform, that every Republican and Libertarian MUST BUILD ON and convince the people they understand the sacred trust that empowers the federal government, that they intend to restore all rights usurped by the federal government back to the states, and they must further convince the American people that they have sacred, unalienable rights, what they are, how they have been robbed of their valuable assets, and that when they swear to uphold, protect, and defend, their sacred trust, the Constitution of the United States, that they will be making an oath before God to fulfill their responsibilities. What will the fools do? They will make light of the people’s rights, try to convince them they have their best interests at heart, but the successful candidate will be able to SUBSTANTIATE the TRUTH.

Trying to demonize Obama or another Democrat will result in defeat! The message must be intelligent but simple considering the education of the majority has been deliberately diminished.
Please forward this to every Republican, Independent, Libertarian, Conservative etc who intends to run for office in 2014. When the people learn what their God-given rights are, how they were manipulated and cheated into surrendering those rights, THEY WILL WANT THEM BACK! And we have to fulfill our promise to return them.

To the Tea Party:
Republican Legislators:
Republican Governors
Libertarians:
Conservatives:
All Americans in favor of Government Change:

It's time to take a well-rounded and serious approach to reigning in the usurpations of government and restoring freedom back to the people and the states.

President Obama is determined to undermine, ridicule, and ultimately destroy the Republican Party and those named above who are concerned for the future of America.

I am submitting for your consideration a proposal that I believe should be initiated by the Congress, employed and included into the Republican platform, and serve as the basis for a formal petition to be submitted to a rational and intelligent American voter for their support.

I am not seeking accolades or praise, and no one needs my approval to adapt or promote the elements of this petition for approval by the majority of Americans. We must take back our government and its powers that are being usurped by the Federal government. The time is upon us and we cannot afford to wait any longer.

So please, receive this as a tool, a well designed plan, for the successful campaigns of Congressional and Senatorial candidates, among others. The Democrats will not support these principles and arguments, and the Republicans should stand out like a light in a dark nation and as the voice of the people and the Party for all Americans, of every race and creed.

My prayer is that the Conservative, Bible believing Christian, will gain the majority in the Senate and retain the house to the chagrin of our president and his administration. And, that our future president will outshine any Democratic challenger in 2016.

Sincerely, 29 S Andrews Ave

PETITION TO THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES FOR REDRESS

PETITIONER/SPONSOR – Rev Anthony Mucciolo

WE THE UNDERSIGNED, lawfully registered voters residing in ______________________________ County, in the Commonwealth/State of _________________________________ do, with this Petition, request and direct the members of Congress to address the abuses and usurpations imposed upon the people of these United States. This administration, members of the Democratic Party in Congress, and certain other members of the Republican Party, have given cause for us citizens to lose confidence in their willingness, ability, and trustworthiness, to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Rights inherent in a free people. While it is not appropriate to denigrate any one’s reputation or integrity, we must call to attention certain acts that have raised the levels of fear and anxiety among the people of these United States. Through the use of executive orders, executive privilege, outright refusal to deliver documents requested by our representatives in Congress, documents that may or may not be a cause for impeachment or other due process of law, have given us due cause to be suspicious and wary of its ultimate intentions and goals, and to be fearful that the direction in which our country appears to be heading if these usurpations continue, will reduce us to a nation under tyrannical rule. Therefore it is our right, our duty and our sincere purpose to demand that our Congressional leadership provide for and establish new safeguards for our security and economic stability.

Let it be known and understood that We the People of these United States hold fast to the belief that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights, among which is the right to live in a secure, peaceable and harmonious environment with our fellow man of all colors, races, and creeds, and of every degree of wealth and success or lack thereof; to live as a free people enjoying the freedoms purchased by the blood of many heroes of liberty, and the right to pursue those ideals and goals that we fully expect will bring us happiness.

We also believe that in order to secure these rights, our form of government must be subject to the majority will of the people as delivered to our duly elected Congressmen and Senators; and as a consequence of receiving their just powers from the consent of the governed, they owe their allegiance and fidelity to the people and to those representing us at the state level, regardless of whether they are representatives of the Democratic, Republican, or other political Party.

Wherefore, we submit the following: the federal government was instituted by men and the states with “vested” powers, creating a type of fiduciary responsibility to the people and the states. It is our understanding that a fiduciary is responsible to those principals, from whom it has been entrusted with such powers, to act on their behalf with proficiency and clarity in all matters, maintain records of conduct demonstrating compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in its vested powers and, when called upon to give an account of its activities and decisions, must be found to have exercised competence, transparency, and trustworthiness. Wherefore we assert that the United States government is bound by its fiduciary obligations to give a truthful, detailed account of its actions, policy decisions, and financial records of income and expenditures to the representatives of Congress who have oversight of this segment of the fiduciary trust. Furthermore, they must be vigilant with the people’s money, which includes remaining within an established budget created on behalf of the trust. A fiduciary is also compelled by virtue of this trust, to reveal the impact their decisions had, and will have, on any and all investments that may come into question. The Federal Government, as part of its fiduciary responsibility to the states, and for the betterment and economic success of the people are compelled by law to exercise competence and thriftiness with these funds (taxes) committed to its trust, in order to pay the legitimate Debts of the United States, and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the governed;

That under no circumstance did the Founding Fathers envision giving the Federal Government, acting in a fiduciary capacity, the right, privilege, or consent to spend tax revenues as it predisposes without the consent of the states; nor did they entrust these revenues to the government to support foreign nations, their economies and militaries before insuring that all the needs of our own nation are duly provided for; and that all profits, royalties, and earnings from investment dollars must be distributed to the people in the form of lower taxes, tax credits, bonus checks, or other means to advance the well-being of the states, rather than unjustly enriching the federal government.

Hence, the people demand the federal government create a budget that will permit it to stay within its means, and restore and maintain the economic solvency of the people; That as a consequence of mismanagement, bureaucratic statutes, and outrageous spending policies, we have been caused unnecessary harm and suffering; that our government has, as a result of the imposition of unjust laws, rules, and oppressive regulations, obtrusive oversight and control over major, and even the most trivial aspects of our lives has gathered to itself certain powers by force, usurpation of powers inherent within a free people, and violated its fiduciary responsibilities to the states for its own aggrandizement; and to prove this, we submit these facts:

Through the use of executive orders, and with the deliberate intention of bypassing Republican members of Congress, they have overtly engaged in the unconstitutional act of refusing to regard, consider, and/or to deliberately deny the voice of the governed to be represented by their elected members within the Republican Party; in so doing, we have been denied our Constitutional right to be heard, express our agreement with, or opposition to, one or several laws, rules and bureaucratic regulations; and with the cooperation, assent, and acquiescence of the Senate and the approval of many in the Congress they have conspired to push through numerous laws and regulations causing insufferable economic stress, fear of terrorist attacks, and avoidable grief to American citizens. These acts overtly violate their fiduciary status and representation of the people;

In the course of these actions, contrary to the will of the majority, and contrary to the design and structure of the Constitution, they passed the Affordable Care Act, a law that serves to aggrandize a President, increase the national debt, cripple the economy of the United States, negatively impact the availability and sustainability of employment, diminish our financial credit and international standing, and presents a weakened defensive posture to the enemies of these United States;

Officials of the Federal government have engaged in the act of providing assault and military style weapons of force to drug cartels in Mexico and to other nations who have used these same weapons to kill many of our own citizens and military personnel both at home and abroad; to degrade their actions even further, and with executive privilege, they have refused to reveal the records of all activity involving these violations of public trust;

They have deliberately ignored the pleadings of our citizens and state officials to secure our borders, thus carelessly leaving our States vulnerable and exposed to the potential dangers of invasion and/or infiltration of terrorists and illegal immigrants; and to magnify their opposition to pursuing these ends, they have brought suit in federal court against the bordering states for the sole purpose of preventing their militias and police from safeguarding the land and citizens of these several states, causing undue dread and anxiety, and have by these acts made themselves culpable in the murder of border patrol agents and civilians;

To further add to these reckless and injurious directives, the President issued an executive order prohibiting our federal and state enforcement agents, employed and trained for such purposes, to take any action to defend our borders, prevent illegal entry into the U.S. of non-registered immigrants, arrest and detain those who crossed the border illegally, and thus forbidding these agents to fulfill their obligations and sworn duties of service to the people of the United States;

This administration, with the consent of members of Congress, unlawfully infringed upon the rights of states to supervise their elections, refused to arrest those who openly intimidated voters, enjoined themselves with other nations to encourage foreign participation in supervising and/or affecting the outcome of our national elections, particularly those who are alien to, and non-supportive of our Constitution which is inconsistent with, and contrary to, the sovereignty of these United States;
In defiance of the outcries of a majority of American voters, and contrary to the First Amendment, they passed laws opposing the free exercise of religion, particularly certain Christian sects, traditions, and creeds, by limiting, constraining, and/or refusing to permit the free practice, and expression of their faiths, forbidding the display of symbols of their faith, such as crosses, Christmas scenes, the Ten Commandments, etc., and/or the posting of other art and symbolisms representative of these religions and beliefs; To further extend their unconstitutional controls over religion they permitted the arrest of citizens who held Bible studies in the privacy of their own homes, using undue force and fear tactics to compel them to apply for expensive civil permits; notwithstanding, it is our position the Federal and State governments were not vested with the right to infringe upon, establish, or deny the free exercise and propagation of religions. Atheism and Humanism, by virtue of their mention of, and dogmatic positions about, the existence of God, and their aggressive posture in promoting their beliefs, are well within the definitions of a religious body and must be included for all intents and purposes as religions; for their opposition to, and/or their expressions are consistent with the language of many other religious groups both pro and against a definitive characterization of God, and should neither be accepted or rejected by government so as to encourage them to make any law regarding the practice of any religion whatsoever, for in doing so is a clear violation of the First amendment;

They have also usurped the freewill and rights of parents and legal guardians of children by imposing sexually explicit education in the elementary schools deliberately turning a deaf ear to our cries for redress;
They have engaged in rhetoric and actions resulting in disuniting our country and causing divisions among the people according to economic status, class, and racial segregations which present grave and serious consequences to the person and security of a free people. And many other such things have they done to the detriment and insecurity of the governed, which is their first obligation.

Therefore, we assert the following: it is in the best interests of the people of the United States to restrict the powers of the federal government as named in the Constitution of the United States at its inception, limiting it to fulfill and execute those powers entrusted to it by the states, but with a further restriction in demanding that its decisions and actions are consistent with, and are contained in the rules of law pertaining to the establishment, maintenance and execution of a fiduciary trust with the American people and the several states, as aforementioned. Notwithstanding, it is assumed that some things may, of necessity, be better kept secret, however, these secrets must be transmitted to a select few, representative of a wide geographical venue, thus keeping the Congress and the Governors of the states abreast of issues that, of necessity, must be addressed and approved by the Congress, such as the likelihood of war. These steps are necessary for the Congress to act responsibly, while continuing to uphold its allegiance to the citizenry by whom all government authority is granted.

For the clear and distinct purpose of restoring the greater authority and control of the Central government to the people and the states, and to assure that the will of the people is duly represented, we require the following issues be addressed, reviewed and approved, namely:

That all laws, executive orders, and regulations passed within these last few years, relative to the issues stated above, be set aside and defunded by the Congress, until they are openly presented to the legitimate electorate of these United States, and their representatives regardless of Party affiliation, and are given the opportunity to express their agreement or disagreement by casting their vote for or against the measures;
To assure that the will of the true majority is represented, all legitimate voters must show some form of identification showing their name and address to prove they have the Constitutional right to vote within the district they are attempting to cast their vote. In the event they have no ID, they may cast their vote, but they must leave their name and address with the election official who will appoint one Republican and one Democrat and charge them with the responsibility of validating the vote in the presence of each other.
All elected representatives, after careful and accurate count of all votes, will present the majority vote generated within their districts to the floor of the full Congress of the United States, and cast the vote representative of the will of the majority whether such vote meets their personal approval or not.
The majority vote of all Congressional districts within one’s state shall be calculated and presented to the Senators of each state who will grant one vote to each district, and after a careful and accurate tabulation of the majority votes of all districts, the Senators will in turn express the will of the majority of their state by casting the vote representative of the majority of districts whether it meets their personal approval or not;
The majority votes tabulated by both houses of Congress and approved as being the will of the people will be sent to the President of the United States for his signature, who, being the leader and spokesperson for a free people, and subject to the will of the governed, shall set aside his right to veto any bill that represents the full voice and will of the people; and will sign the bill into law whether it meets his personal approval or conscience and whether or not he personally agrees with the outcome.

We believe the appointment of justices creates a joinder of two branches of government, the judicial and executive branches, and in so doing diminishes the role and powers of the justice in that he/she will not be able to vote according to the precepts of the Constitution in ALL matters of judgment. Therefore, we believe the integrity of the Judicial branch should stand or fall on its own merits, and not with the pressure or intimidation of the executive branch. Therefore, we ask the Congress of the United States to review this issue and, if required by constitutional convention, petition for such to be convened for the purpose of establishing term limits for justices and allow for their reelections by the governed.

With the accord of the representatives of each state, and its governors, the transparent government of the people, by the people, and for the people, will be restored, government’s fiduciary role will be reestablished and reconfirmed, and the people will begin the long and arduous task of restoring the confidence in our government, which in turn will begin to regenerate our economy and strengthen our national security status.

Just a little clarification. The state coordinator is in Indiana, right! The coordinator checks in annually or bi-annually, or so it appears? And there is very little activity on any of the tea party group sites, especially in the state of Alaska. I see activity on here in Indiana; but limited in some other areas. There is talk generally about the Internet and Facebook; but sitting there on computer and not getting out for some face to face time somewhere is not going to get the changes made.

Romney voters do not need to be paid to vote. Obama voters need to be bused and herded from the streets. They require incentives. They would not be able to buy it the second time around. DEMOCRATS MADE A PRACTICE OF RECALLS! THE PRESIDENT CAN BE RECALLED! Their voters scams would not work on this!

I am not! I am fighting for what made us great and not some global B.S. that is sure to fail and consolidate power in a few!

Obama overrides the Supreme Court decision with his own law. No real American could even think of voting for someone with these principles. Obama practices extortion and nobody does anything about it!

Everyone, please contact your local Tea Party representative and national representatives and tell them: "Jim McDermott is absolutely the best choice for Alaskans to represent us in DC". Yell from your rooftops that we need a congress representative from Alaska, lives in Alaska, breaks bread with Alaskans, and sleeps in Alaskan. I will represent Alaskans!!! Thanks everyone.

Teapartypatriotslive is an organization trying to steal the merits of teapartypatriots. I have no ideal why teapartypatriots did not allocate all extensions but apparently they did not and particularly the very common teapartypatriots.com! why? I and everyone else associated with websites no better! if given the opportunity!

Alaska is in big trouble.
My observations are that people here in AK are not Americans.
It seems people here are holding onto their foreign toilets.
No where else have I seen so many flags, Mexican,Sweden,Norwegian,Samoan, etc...
Setting up kingdoms and have castle walls.
Not working together to stand up against the organized left.
The left have banded together to shut down oil,timber,fishing. hunting, and YOU.
Americans are above this and have common trust of each other.
I'm not waiting for marching orders from someone who is running this organization.
I have Ideas for the next step in the fight back for our freedom.
Is anyone interested?
