I am really wanting to form some relationships with citizens in Greenville County who are interested in forming a Citizen’s Oversight Committee for the express purpose of investigating and monitoring the financial operations of our County Commissioners and Administrators. There is currently a group doing this already in Clayton County, GA who is having some real success in challenging corruption and malfeasance there. They already have their DA investigating several people within their county government for criminal activity. Please watch these impressive videos and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get back with me if you are truly interested in TAKING ACTION as a concerned citizen of Greenville County. It is my hope that we can launch similar groups in EVERY COUNTY in South Carolina and eventually across the NATION.

Please contact me if you are interested in taking action. We need to begin this process at the LOCAL level and then spread it to each county within South Carolina so we can have the momentum to affect our State and eventually the Nation. If you’ve never heard of the CAFR before, then that is your FIRST CLUE that something needs to be done. You will always hear about BUDGET DEFICITS, but you will almost NEVER hear about the CAFR which is the TRUE and FULL picture of the county’s finances with full asset disclosure, not just the fabricated ”Budget Basis”.
