Warren Buffett Agrees Obamacare is NOT Ready
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Tea Party Patriots, today blasted the House “Leadership” and the administration for pushing failed legislation on the American people. Lacking support from the American people and the business community, famed investor, Warren Buffett, an early supporter of President Obama, reiterated his distaste for the act and has broken ranks by insisting that “without changes to Obamacare average citizens will suffer,” reports Money Morning.
“Obamacare is not ready. Leaders from around the country are waking up to the realization that this piece of legislation will cause nothing but headaches. The more Americans learn about Obamacare the less they like it,” said Jenny Beth Martin, National Coordinator for the Tea Party Patriots. “Today we have learned that Warren Buffett says Obamacare needs to be reworked and that he would ‘rather see another plan that really attacks cost’ and that this plan is ‘untenable over time.’ The pressure from grassroots movements across the country is making a difference and it shows with the latest Rassmussen poll, in which 53% of Americans view Obamacare unfavorably.”
Clearly, if labor unions, business leaders, and the American people are all in clear opposition to the ‘Affordable’ Care Act, then something must be broken.
“Is Congress going to stand up for the hard working Americans across this country, whose tax dollars fund the government and make sure that this money does not go to fund a law that is causing more harm than good, or are they selfishly going to stand for themselves and their staff by exempting themselves with subsidies while the rest of America suffers?” asks Jenny Beth Martin. “With all the problems involved with the implementation of this law and the fact that Congress is unwilling to live under the law, the choice should be easy: stand for America, fund the government for the next year, and do not spend any tax dollars on Obamacare.”
“It’s time that our elected representatives ‘represent’ the people.”
