Recycle Government:
Repeal, Replace, Restore!
* Bring your signs & banners *
Join Tea Party Patriots on Sunday morning in Upper Senate Park
for a post-Glenn/early 912 Tea Party!
Speakers will include TPP National Coordinators:
- Rob Gaudet, Bossier City, LA
- Keli Carender, Seattle, WA
- Jenny Beth Martin, co-founder, Atlanta, GA
- Mark Meckler, co-founder, Sacramento, CA
- Diana Reimer, Philadelphia, PA
- Sally Oljar, Seattle, WA
- Scott Boston, Bowling Green, OH
- Debbie Dooley, Atlanta, GA
and YOU!
There will plenty of opportunity to step up and say a few words about how we can reclaim America's founding principles and begin to
- repeal legislation forced on us by a corrupt Congress,
- reduce the size and scope of government, and
- restore the founding principles of the Constitution.
Tea Party Patriots will be coordinating the volunteer marshalls for the 8/28 Restoring Honor event at the Lincoln Memorial. When Glenn announced his plans, thousands of you made plans to attend and you also let us know that for many of you, returning to D.C. just two weeks later for the 9/12 March on DC was too hard on your wallet and suggested we have a Tea Party on Sunday. It's your Tea Party - see you on Sunday, August 29th!
* * Glenn has made it clear that the
8/28 Restoring Honor event is
non-political, and requests no signs and banners. However, the 8/29 Recycle Government Tea Party is
definitely political, so bring it on! * *
