Honesdale, Pennsylvania United States

About Us
On December 16, 1773, We The People, protested taxation without representation, among 27 other grievances, with the Boston Tea Party. The TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party movement was started by people of all political parties who oppose out-of-control spending, voting for and signing legislation without reading or deliberating, and the take-over of numerous industries by the federal government. C L E A R (Constitutional Liberties Equal American Rights) was born from the need to let our voices be heard after the “Tax Day Tea Party in Honesdale” on April 15, 2009. To continue the TEA Party movement we are applying for non-profit 501 (C) 4 status for the purpose of promoting the education of the United States Constitution and the Right to Freely Assemble with the use of Freedom of Speech. Membership is $5 per year. C L E A R currently has members from Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. We are conservatives, liberals, Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, and Independents. C L E A R will be hosting TEA Party Rallies and educational workshops. Check on our website for dates and locations. We have been and will continue to hand out Pocket Constitutions at our Rallies, Public Events, Parades, and to anyone who wishes to have one. To become a member or offer a donation in the support of purchasing and handing out Pocket Constitutions please make checks out to: CLEAR and mail to: C L E A R P.O.
