About Us
Lowering taxes, and fighting growing socialistic element in the Federal Government is not just a Democrat or Republican ideal. What it means to be an American is being challenged. Patriots everywhere must hear once again the message of our forefathers, and act to restore constitutional consistency in our representative government.

Harvey White "We The People" do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

It does not say we the politicians.

You can do some great reading at this government site:
http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/charters_of_freedom_4.html

People need to read Article II and article III of the Articles of Confederation. Also referred to as the First Constitution.

If you go to the above web page and read the power of the courts-Marbury vs. Madison, 1803 you will see that the Supreme Court gave itself the power of judicial review. The Constitution does not give the Supreme Court the power of judicial review. People accept this since our politicians accept it. Also the Supreme Court has no enforcement powers. So their rulings can be ignored by whoever is running the government at the time.

FDR threatened to add more justices to the Supreme Court until his appointees had the majority. The Constitution does not limit the number of justices.

All incumbents need to be scrutinized closely. Most of them have been in office for a long time and are responsible for the mess this country is in now.
